We have completed two projects with Fairchild Renovations: a basement primary bedroom suite with egress window, walk-in closet, and bathroom remodel and a partial bathroom renovation. Fairchild was highly responsive from the beginning which made my project feel like a priority. Fairchild is a company I can trust that provides good value and quality work because they utilize their own staff for the majority of project tasks and only hire external contractors with which they have developed a long-term relationship. Fairchild is a highly-responsive contractor that manages the process from beginning to end. I specifically appreciate multiple planned stops to check project progress and satisfaction to eliminate any surprises. We had the same project manager and staff for both of our projects, Nick and Mitch were friendly, reliable, courteous, and great with our kids and pets!

Marc was great to work with throughout the entire project. Helped us work with our insurance company in order to get what we needed. They did a great job installing our new roof and where very fast and cleaned everything up afterwards. Even moved my grills around to keep them safe from falling debris during the install. My assigned team of Derek and Guy worked hard to realize my vision in renovating my kitchen, sliding door replacement and installation of floors. The delay in writing this evaluation/recommendation was intentional. We wanted to be sure that even after living with the remodel for a month we would still be absolutely pleased with everything — and we are.To begin the remodel planning process, Paul came. He listened to our plan, evaluated the situation, took measurements, and offered some suggestions. His ideas were helpful, especially encouraging us to add lights above the work counters so we wouldn’t get shadows from the ceiling lights.The work crew was beyond excellent. Derek and Guy were the primary renovators, and they are wonderful. They were punctual, skilled, personable, and professional. We always felt that we could confer with them. They considered our requests and guided us throughout the entire remodel. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Their work is exceptional. Their experience allowed them to rectify problems as they arose. They were knowledgeable in demolition, tile work, drywall, painting, flooring, installations, and woodworking. After extensive water damage in our home, we were in need of a restoration team. Fairchild came highly recommended by a friend who used their services many times. I have know the owner, Marc Fairchild for several years but had not had the opportunity work with him. Our neighborhood experienced hail damage and I reached out to Marc because I knew he knew his stuff and if my house had damage he would be honest about it. Marc and his team were very responsive to our requests. Marc and Bill came out to give an estimate and was very professional and courteous. We had the work reviewed, quoted and fixed within weeks. They had a project manager on site while the work was being done to help direct and manage the roofing crew which made us feel more comfortable. The professionals at Fairchild Renovations were diligent and professional, and did excellent work. My kitchen rehabilitation project, following remediation by another company for limited mold damage from a leaking refrigerator ice-maker supply line, involved completely replacing the kitchen floor, rebuilding a work desk damaged in the initial remediation project, and replacing cabinets (which needed to match my 40-year-old, pre-existing cabinets). Despite these challenges, they did excellent work and everything is back as good as, or better than, before. While the project took considerably longer than I would have liked, I'm pleased with the result and glad they took the time to get it right. I also recognize that matching my old cabinets presented unique challenges.

Marc and his team helped us repair and remodel part of our house after water damage. They spent a lot of time working with our insurance company and reviewing the scope of work/costs to be incurred to get our house back to the original shape prior to the damage. We used Fairchild for a full kitchen gut and remodel. From a builders grade mostly honey oak setup to a beautiful contemporary chef's kitchen with a massive island. There was an issue where the cabinet company ordered the wrong color for the island but Nick and team did a great job at helping us address and move forward without losing much time.While they were here, we used them to fix some flooring issues that our existing flooring contractor couldn't fix. Fairchild Renovations -Marc and Bill came to my house to discuss the project I wanted and to give me the estimate. The contractors that came to my house and did the work (Guy, Derek and their team) were here every day at 8 am (sometimes 7:30 am) and left around 4 or after to make sure the job was finished on time. They were very polite and professional; they knew what they were doing. Guy and Derek would ask me questions to make sure I received what I wanted done. They are very precise and care about the work they do. The remodeling was going to take about 5 weeks and they finished in 3 weeks. They did a wonderful job, and I am very pleased with the work they did. I am so happy with my new kitchen and bathrooms. I had Fairchild put a new roof on and due to some time constraints my sales rep, Bill Roberts, did a great job getting this on the schedule and communicating throughout the process. They also made it very easy by making sure the insurance company received everything they requested from beginning to completion. As well, their crew did a great job and was able to complete it in just one day and did not leave until it was complete. They did a thorough job of making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would not hesitate hiring them again.
