They performed a free roof inspection and provided us with a full report and pictures in a PDF and let us know we currently don't need any work done. Very professional, on time, super friendly. I set an appointment to have my roof inspected after the most recent hail storm. Brian came out to look at my roof. He did the inspection and was very professional and didn't hurt my gutters. He showed me a video and pictures of my roof. He gave my roof a clean bill of health which gives me good peace of mind. I will callthem for my next inspection due to the honest assessment.I also had a question about my gutters. Brian was honest and he didn't know he had Mike come out and take a look and answer my questions. Mike was very friendly with his backwards hat and very welcoming personality. I will be sure to use them in the future if a problem comes up.

He was gracious enough to let us know there was no damage noticed, but was extremely professional and personable. He gave us his contact info in case of any potential future storm damage. I'm a realtor here in Hamilton county, and Feazel replaced the roof on my home. They did a quick 1 day job, including clean up. Bryce worked with my insurance adjustor and it went very smoothly. Since then, if a client has a roofing issue on an inspection, I give Bryce a call and he has been very responsive in checking out the roof, giving me his professional opinion and a quote if needed. Mike was knowledgeable and professional in assessing the damage to my roof from a hail storm. He walked me through the process and answered my questions. The crew arrived early and worked diligently from start to finish. They were efficient, but took extra time with the details to make sure they were done well. I was very pleased with the time spent on cleanup. The gutters were custom-formed onsite and seamless. I am very pleased with the entire look of the finished product. I would heartily recommend Feazel for their quality and professionalism. ABSOLUTELY the WORST roofing contractor and installation I have ever dealt with. I live in a medium sized condominium community on the south side of town. Our HOA board determined that our 12 year old roofs suffered hail damage last year and turned in an insurance claim. We received a settlement in excess of one million dollars. The board selected Feazel Roofing to do the replacement. The reviews seemed good and they checked out with the BBB. What could go wrong?Feazel scheduled the work to be performed last summer during a weeks long heatwave where the temperatures were in the mid ninety degree range. Not ideal conditions for the workers and I feel we received a very rushed, poor quality job as a result. In addition, the workers DESTROYED EVERY SINGLE gutter in our community by using them to stand on or in! Who does this? Our gutters were replaced about ten years ago with top quality 6" aluminum gutters and they were in perfect condition before this incident. Feazel brought in a huge piece of equipment (that I later found out was rented from Home Depot) that looked like the rear half of a dump truck. This extremely heavy equipment damaged all of our landscaping and every lawn in the community. Worse yet, when loaded with heavy torn-off shingles, it CRACKED my cement driveway in SEVERAL sections!I contacted Feazel about the damage and they sent a very smooth talking representative out to console me and make me feel confident that everything would be repaired. Two months went by and they sent a crew out to massage the dents out of the gutters. I only had ONE SMALL TEN FOOT SECTION of gutter replaced, the smallest section on the entire condo. It was on the south side of my living room and not even visible from the street. The largest section that goes around the four car garage area was only "smoothed out". My driveway is still cracked and no repairs or reimbursement has been offered.How can this be when dealing with a supposedly reputable contractor? I've thought about this for quite sometime. Feazel dictated the replacement dates... this I know for certain from correspondence received from my HOA. My educated guess is that Feazel is not equipped to handle such a large job and SUBCONTRACTED the work to another party. A million dollar plus job was just too attractive to pass up!! They hired a shoddy crew who didn't care if or how much damage they caused. In the end, it bit Feazel in the rear. I would like to mention that in addition to the damages I listed on my personal condo, others in my community had dryer vent opening that were roofed over. Gas furnace/water heater flues were pulled apart leaving them disconnected (a HUGE safety hazard). Other have experienced LEAKS and water damage with their NEW roofs!The largest portion of blame goes to Feazel and their lousy subcontracted crew. However, I also assign blame to my condo board. They should have been supervising the quality of work from the moment the workers set foot in our community. Residents called on the first day to make them aware of the damages that were happening and the board members DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! When asked why they weren't taking a more proactive approach, one sarcastically said "we are not roofers so we wouldn't know what to look for!". Happily, one of those members is no longer on the board and stepped down at our annual meeting recently, rather than risk the wrath of the voting members.I have lived through one other roof replacement at this condo and have experienced several others in my personal homes throughout the years. NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING has approached the likes of what Feazel Roofing has wrought. Take my advise and look elsewhere. There are far better roofers doing business in Indianapolis!Service: Roof installation

We had never had to have our roof replaced and each member of their team was courteous and helpful when it came to our questions. Their roofers were very thoughtful in cleaning our yard from any debris they had. I just had a roof replaced on the house we moved into and it was paid for by someone else. Hunter stopped by and saw a bad spot on my roof from the street level. I was skeptical but my hubby invited him to share his thoughts. Within the week they were meeting with our insurance company and were approved for a full re-roof. Mike his supvr and Hunter came out and explained everything that was going to take place. They were both super sweet and very personable. The roof was installed within the month, which doesn't even compare to the wait time of my neighbors. I was really concerned about the amount of nails I would find in my yard after completion. FIVE- that's it! Five nails. they cleaned up so well! Feazel roofing did an outstanding job with getting our roof replaced. We had been working with another roofing company that had dropped the ball when it came to working with our insurance company on the claim. Mike Justus came to our door at the perfect time. After inspecting our roof he promised us that he would do everything possible to ensure that our claim went through for a new roof. Let me tell you, he stood by his word. Our insurance company played hard ball and made a lot of requests but Mike never gave up. Once the insurance claim was accepted we had a new roof within two weeks and it took them only one day to replace it. The roofers even went above and beyond with assisting my husband to get his vehicle out of the driveway the day of service. After my roof was finished, a storm blew debris off my roof. I called to ask them to check it out. I still had half their money and thought they would be responding fast. No, it took 5 weeks and several phone calls before I had their attention. The roof was fine. They had left flashing debris on the roof near the chimney.I had had new gutters before the tornado took my roof and they were fine, but the guys did not put the metal flashing over the edges of the gutters and now I have had to have some of the flashing pulled out and fixed by the gutter company.Their communication system is very poor in the company. They are all nice people, but the lack of a good system of communication will be their downfall.

Roof installed on 5/14/20.The salesman was great. He even helped with the insurance appraisal.The installers were a different story. I turned on my Ring camera to check the progress, only to be greeted by one of them urinating in my front yard.Debris was left in my yard, my neighbor's yard and some even blew into our pond. I'm still finding nails and cigarette butts in my yard and around the driveway.It's been over a week since the installation, and no one has called or visited to see how things went. Though I'm sure they'll call once the insurance check comes in.I must admit though, the roof looks great and I have not had any leaks after a solid week of rain.
