I loved my experience working with Joel at Heldman. Chose them over other contractors I had previous positive experiences with because I could use one company to replace my siding, roof, gutters, exterior doors, and exterior painting. They have a great BBB rating and have been in our community for years. Communication was excellent (really, really excellent) throughout, the quality of the work was great, and Joel met the deadline I had for an important family visit. I had to get 4 estimates prior to getting an estimate from Jeldman Exteriors to replace one side of my house with new siding after damage. None of the first 3 estimates were very timely and I felt they were too expensive.But Joel at Heldman always kept me informed of what was going on and was able to get the siding I needed and I thought the price was pretty decent. Nick Heldman is the most honest contractor that I have known. I have gotten many quotes for siding repair, almost all of them wanted me to replace all siding, which is still in good condition (hardy board).. But Nick is the only one that suggest me to just repair them and he is willing to take the job for a very reasonable price, which safe me almost $20k. He did very well on the repair and on time. I would strongly recommend anyone who need exterior work to call Heldman.

I originally hired another company to replace all of the siding on my house because "there's no match to repair it". After several months the work was never done. I then hired Heldman Exteriors. They special ordered the siding that there was supposedly no match for and got the damage repaired within a month.(If you're curious, I left the other company a review also)

Wonderful experience all around! I called to ask for an inspection/quote after a storm damaged our roof/siding. Nick was prompt, showed up the same day, and communicated via text when he was heading our way and the expected GPS ETA. He pointed out what he was seeing as he inspected the house and was nice enough to put a few pieces of siding/shingles back in place. Great experience, I couldn't recommend Heldman Exteriors enough

Very reasonably priced. I had some vinyl siding that needed repair. A competitor quoted me $3000 for the repairs and Heldman did it for $175!!! I left them a voicemail on a Sunday expecting a Monday phone call. They called me back on that Sunday and had someone at my house on Monday to inspect wind damaged vinyl. They were back on Tuesday and completed the work. I will definitely use them in the future for my larger jobs.

I am not happy with the service I have received. I was sold on the thought of workmanship. Now I have to jump through hoops to get the work fixed properly. Yes, it is a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. I guess I have to wait to get the job corrections done. Just not happy with the back and forth and wasted time to get the professional service that I expected. I am very disappointed but what can I do now? I guess to continue to complain with the hope that the issue will one day be resolved. I know that I am not being taken seriously because I am a woman, but everything was okay until I signed the contract.Service: Gutter installation
