We used this company to replace our roof a couple years ago after some hail damage. We worked with Reno. He is wonderful! So very patient and thorough. He explained everything about the process and did everything to make sure our insurance company would work correctly with us. I called him out last week thinking a ceiling leak was due to the roof. Reno responded very quickly and came out that same day to determine the cause. It turns out it is not the roof, but he went above and beyond to figure out the issue. With his guidance we are on the correct path to fixing this frustrating problem. Reno and Home Value Renovation are the best!

USE THEM!! We were referred to this company by one of our family members who had used them for their roof. They loved it and passed on Mark Grebs' information. We were working on an insurance claim to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage. We ultimately could not use Home Value Renovation because of some major clerical errors on our on part (not remembering an agreement that was signed last year). Prior to learning of the agreement that ultimately prevented us from moving forward with Mark, we learned we had 1.5 weeks to complete the replacement of the roof due to the claim expiring.From initial contact to date for roof replacement, it was 1 week with the gutter replacement falling on the last day of our claim being valid. Amazing!! On top of that, Mark came out and worked with us personally to make sure we understood all of the cost so there were not going to be any surprises. He was clearly working FOR us, not just doing a job. When we discovered the prior agreement with another company that had been filed, Mark sent us attorney information (that attorney immediately picked up the phone and handled my issue) to ensure the other company (who had randomly knocked on our door a year ago and had us sign this) was legit and we couldn't get out of the agreement. Unfortunately, we couldn't without paying 30% commission to the other company (a public adjuster and all around not a good situation).Instead of getting upset with us, Mark did everything he could to help and offered additional advice for working with the other company to ensure our needs were met and we could get the best cost possible.So, while we, personally, cannot attest to the repair work itself (our family can!), we can definitely attest to their amazing professionalism and desire to get the best for their clients.

HVR replaced my roof 7 years ago and I've been a happy customer since. I've called them out twice since and they've always responded quickly and courteously, refusing to charge me for their time and expertise even when the problem they were investigating turned out to have nothing to do with my roof or the work they'd done. Materials and workmanship were quality. We had a leak issue and the person who came to check it out was very polite, thorough, and professional. AVOID Since Mr. Redman did our roof AND gutters, we have had a constant runoff in one section of the roof and it is causing damage. No issue before whatsoever. His reply was that the home was has a bad design. It is the same all the homes in the neighborhood. He said that was the issue, even though it only started after his work on both the roof and replacing the gutters. He also further said he could not fix the issue on principle, but would be happy to completely aluminum side the home at no savings. He could not fix the issue his work caused "on principal". The inspector we consulted said the work was poor, and his email was baffling.There is also damage to the inside of the home after his duct work for an exhaust fan had water condensation because they did not cut it to fit, just used 12' instead of 3'. Water collected and leaked through the vent and soaked the drywall.His work more harm to our home, in which he refuses to correct in any way. Avoid at all costs. Any issue, it will be yours to fix or pursue legally, as we are. You have been warned.

I called and scheduled an inspection after the hail storm with Brian. He never showed up. I called again two weeks later and was told they had a guy in Lafayette would give me a call. Surprise... he never called. Wouldn't do business with these guys.

They came out and did a good job on the roof, but have been trying to get the warranty information for 3 months now. Follow-up is poor. Just wondering if I had a problem if I would get the same response?!?!

Does shady garbage work! Hires illegals to do his general labor that have no clue on what they’re doing! Run as fast as you can this guy is a scam artist !!!!
