Half basement remodel to include laundry area, full bathroom, and art workbench/storage area.The team was great at working with my fuzzy vision of staying in the style of the 1930s home. I am detail-oriented and was initially very uncomfortable with starting the project without knowing exactly what it was going to look like. However this method enabled modifications to be made as we saw what it was looking like in the space. In the end, my basement looks amazing. And the team came up with ideas that hadn’t even occurred to me. I can’t remember how damp, cold, and dark this area was before now. I hated going to the basement before, but now I love it. The team was easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Allie, Spencer, and Leo and their crews with Indiana Home Remodel on an extensive, unexpected kitchen renovation. The insurance process was painful, but Allie was excellent at leading negotiations and keeping a positive attitude. Allie truly made navigating the insurance process so much better!In addition, Spencer was incredibly helpful with picking new design choices and helping us to make choices that would help improve the value of our home and align with our aesthetic. He made navigating the tile store and stone warehouse a breeze!Leo and the crews working the project were reliable, consistent, had clear communication, and always cleaned up at the end of the day so we could keep the house livable for the duration of project. The team worked quickly with high quality and attention to detail! They always did the right thing and helped with things that came up during the project in a timely manner.We truly appreciate all of the hard work by Allie and her team to make this as smooth of a process as possible. We would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again in the future!

Allie and Alberto were refreshing to work with. I contracted with a company to remodel four of my bathrooms (a 9 week project) and after completing two of them in 7 months … I terminated the contract and found Allie and Alberto with Indiana Home Remodel to do the other two. They were extremely sensitive to my past experiences, creative, prompt(1 week!) professional, and I loved the finished result! Allie checked in regularly and her involvement and communication kept me at ease. My only regret is not having them do all 4 of my bathrooms. It’s been a couple years and I still love my bathrooms and have had zero issues. I think General contracting needs more women leadership … perhaps more would get accomplished and completed! I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

We are in LOVE with our new bathroom. IHR completely demoed and rebuilt our main bathroom all within 2 weeks. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and the work/design turned out beautifully. It looks better than I had even anticipated and they had great ideas of how to make use of the tight space. I would definitely use them again!

I purchased a home in May of 2023. The house was in need of updating. I had just planned on painting the interior walls and ceiling, but when that was done, I decided that I had to bite the bullet and finish the job. I probably should have spoken to Allie and Leo before I designed and purchased the kitchen cabinets and appliances. I had three contractors look at the job, and I felt the most comfortable with Indiana Home Remodel. The quote was fair, and they were able to start soon after the quote. We ran into some structural problems, and Leo and his crew were able to come up with reasonable costs to fix the items. After everything was done, IHR installed kitchen cabinets and appliances, replaced the shower in the bathroom along with the removal of a window, installed a new vanity and plumbing fixtures, and painted the exterior. I'm less than halfway through a series of significant renovations, and so far I could not be happier. The crew is not only completely competent in general, but Alberto's tile work is art. They are all very professional and nice, putting down dust cloths everywhere and not leaving any messes. Allie comes up with creative ideas that never come across as attempts to increase the size of the job. Remodeling is always stressful, but they are just great.Update:Remodel done, everything from a full bathroom gut renovation to a deck rebuild. Allie is great and Alberto does absolutely beautiful work on everything from a shower surround to installing new lights/fixtures to totally renovating my gross old deck. Several projects turned out to be much bigger than expected, e.g., the subfloor was in worse shape than expected, but Alberto handled it calmly and made sure that things didn't just look pretty, but also had solid foundations. They were also very nice about my dogs yapping and made sure I had time to let them out a couple times a day. We hired Indiana Home Remodel after seeing their work at my son's home. He had a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. This included plumbing and electrical updates also. They also refinished the wood floors throughout the house. The place looked amazing.I needed to make my bathroom more accessible for my wife and decided to have IHR do the work.They remodeled the entire room including plumbing, and lighting. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower and fully accessible bathroom. The entire job took a little over 2 weeks. We love it!

Owner and another person came out to look at our projects. I was told it would take one week to get the quote emailed to me. After 10 days I sent an email to the owner to confirm she had my email address. Never heard back and it's been several week. If you aren't interested let the home owner know. It's takes a couple minutes to send an email or text to let me know you aren't interested. I was looking forward to getting the quote. Also didn't seem to take measurements and only a video of areas. I didttell them I would buy supplies and they said they preferred to buy from their suppliers and that wasn't an issue for me. I was flexible. Poor customer service.

I hired Indiana Home Repair to address some electrical items from an inspection report. They repaired things that were outside the scope of the inspection report so I was charged for additional wiring work that was not asked for. The electrician also had to pick up supplies three times for things that were obviously in scope of the work based on the estimate.

I called Indiana Home Remodel after seeing the beautiful work that Alberto did in remodeling a neighbor's bathroom! A second neighbor told me that she was very happy with tile work done in her kitchen. I was delighted with the speed with which Jon responded with an estimate for repairing my water damaged ceiling. It was similar to another estimate. A week later, a crew arrived promptly at 8am. They completed the job in less than a day and it looks great! We connected with Indiana Home Remodel for a two part home improvement project. The first was to convert a large closet on the main floor into a half-bath. I went with Indiana Home Remodel because of their tilework and attention to detail that I had seen in other jobs they had done. After the first meeting with Allie, it was clear that the team would be able to create what I had envisioned.They estimated that it was a 10 day job (small full bathroom but with a ton of tilework) and got it completed on time and were consistent with their arrival times. They also answered any questions I had along the way.The work crew were respectful of the home and people in it. Mask wearing during covid times and they kept the rest of the house clean. They used drop cloths in rooms they needed to access to keep the rest of the home clean and cleaned up after each day.
