We had 3 regular entry doors replace plus a sliding glass door changed to an entry door with side lights. Chet and David were great, very professional. Arrived by 9:30am and got started right away, had all 4 doors installed plus 4 storm doors and everything cleaned up by 4:00pm. I will be calling and asking for Chet and David again when we get ready to do the windows and siding. Also. they were great with our dog Gus following them around.Service: General door installation

I got estimates from them, Lowe's and pella, I didn't exactly get the same sliding door at each place. Indiana quality gave me an estimate for 3 doors so I could choose. I chose the middle priced option. They were able to explain the door brands/models and differences better which I found helpful. Indiana quality was priced well and workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Had my windows installed by them on a rainy day. After installation one of my shutters fell off and upon inspection all of them are now loose and will most likely fall down as well. It wasn’t brought to my attention that this would happen at all nor did they even mention they were loose after installation. I called to let them know and they said they didn’t touch my shutters so there is nothing they will do. If you plan on getting windows installed I would get the shutters included in the quote.

Chet and David were absolutely great to work with. At no fault of their own, we had an order issue for our front door with the vendor. At the moment we didn’t have a working front door, they insisted to get our existing door in working condition before leaving. When our order was resolved we had them again as the contracted installers. They were professional, patient, and understanding of all our questions and concerns. They did great quality work, and made a horrible outside vendor experience more bearable. Will for sure be calling them directly for any future services.

He was very conscientious about the cold temperatures that day and did what he could to prevent the cold air from invading the rest of our home. His attention regarding details was impressive. I spoke with the scheduler in July for some repair work that needed to be done on a job installed by another Home Depot contractor. She assured me that they understood what needed to be done and set a day for her employees to fix the issues. She said it would take one to two days so I took the time off work, and cleared the rooms they needed to work in. The workers showed up took pictures and left within 10 min. No work done no follow up scheduled, they assured me someone would let me know when they could come back to fix the job despite that being the purpose of their visit to begin with. FIVE weeks later the scheduler calls me back with the same song and dance as the first time. I told her I would not clear my schedule again until I saw a statement of work and an estimated timeline for completion. She told me they could provide neither of those two things so I told her I would get with Home Depot and have someone else do the job. About 4 weeks later she decides it’s a great idea to start calling my dad to try to schedule through him! Apparently she contacted Home Depot and got his information from the original contract. He neither lives with me nor has been in charge of any aspects of scheduling my home renovation project. I emailed the company to find out who was in charge and essentially just try to get them to stop harassing my family. The owner called me immediately and just wanted to set up yet another time to come inspect my project. I would say their organization, communication and staff are more or less a joke.
