Wow!! Can I say it louder? WOW!!!You know, most of us have had many difficult experiences when coming to hiring tradesmen’s for a job at our homes. Most tradesmen don’t show up on time, or heck at all sometimes. Some tradesmen come late with no phone calls of common courtesy. Others when they do show up, take 3 hour lunches and then take an extra day or two more to finish a job that should have been finished day one. And then the pricing, it always ends up way different than what was quoted. Over promised and hardly delivered!Mr Aaron Christy and his team at Indy Roofing, they under promised and over delivered. My family and I have a lot on our plate. Between moving and selling our home, job transfers, moving into our other home while updating that same said home, 3 kids in college, one in military while a 5 buying her first house, add in a private health scare, the roof, as important as it is, was the one thing I expected to have problems with. I didn’t have to call my roofing contacts once to ask what was going on, when are they coming, why having you called me back or any of the standard things we do when hiring out work.Let me break it down for you.Communication 5⭐️Scheduling with the weather not favoring us 5⭐️ Thank you Sabrina❤️Diagnosing the damage honestly 5⭐️Thank you AJ for being here when the adjuster came out!!Arriving on time with each appointment made 5⭐️Getting the roof stripped off down to the decking, and getting the new roof on, same day, heck, in little less than 5 hours, 5⭐️Handling my insurance adjuster 5⭐️.Indy Roofing’s Professionalism 5⭐️Pricing before and after 5⭐️As I said, under promised, over delivered! This from a guy (me) who’s had to hire 100’s of contractors over the years when flipping houses or updating homes, betting I have had only a handful of 5 stars.Thank you Mr Christy and teammates of Indy Roofing for being a 10 ⭐️ human beings! We had an older roof that developed a leak and been repaired by a company about a year prior to our contact with Indy Roof Co. A representative from Indy Roof knocked on our door after a storm and asked if they could look at our roof. They found damage, reviewed it with us along with a plan of action. That same day, the owners of the company stopped by and we discussed options in my driveway. They said since we had prior repairs this may take a little longer with our insurance company but they would work with insurance on our behalf. This was a process that took weeks which Indy Roof guided us through. Everything they told us along the way proved to be true. They would tell us what was going to happen with insurance and they managed every step professionally. Our first two claims for a new roof were denied by the insurance company. Insurance wanted the roof repaired to a standard Indy Roof would not accept. They continued to work with insurance and not only got our roof replaced but the roof deck as well. We could text or call at anytime and they never missed one, even on the weekend. I have worked with roofing companies in the past and Indy Roof by far had the best customer serviced with a high standard of professionalism. They have a standard of quality they would not compromise. Most companies would make the repairs and take the easy money. These guys put in the extra work and got what they needed from insurance so they could build a quality product. We ended up with a new roof on three structures, gutters, and new roof deck on the main structure. Their communication, customer service, commitment to quality, knowledge of the business, and work ethic are second to none. I could say much more but would end with this. If you need a roof, It is your loss if your first call for service is not to the Indy Roofing Company.

I had a great experience with Indy Roof. After getting a recommendation and an $18,000 quote for a new roof from a competitor (complete with lots of video and scary chalk outlines), the Indy Roof inspector assessed the issue as a minor leak (foreign object) and a missing drip-edge along the existing gutters. Told me the roof was in great shape and should last another decade. I really appreciate honesty and integrity and will recommend Indy Roof to anyone.

I had a roof leak above my garage from storm damage. The ceiling drywall was also damaged. I called out two roofing companies to get estimates to compare cost because, I initially thought I would be paying for the roof replacement myself. I was advised to file a claim with the insurance carrier immediately. I honestly had a sign of relief knowing that the damage would be paid by the insurance carrier. Unfortunately, the adjuster only approved the interior damage. This left me completely dumbfounded and I felt like the contractor should have been there during the inspection with the adjuster to help explain why the roof was leaking.A few days later a very close friend referred me to Indy Roof & Restoration to come out to access the damage. Indy Roof & Restoration actually placed a tarp on the roof the same day to stop any additional damage. A week later, I received a call from the adjuster with approval for the roof replacement and gutters. I highly recommend Indy Roof & Restoration!

Dalton came out to do a second opinion on my roof after a door-to-door company had checked ours out and recommended replacement. He inspected very thoroughly and efficiently. He gave me an extremely honest opinion and said that our situation is likely not as dire as we were led to believe. We will definitely be calling him back out when it is time to get it replaced! He was top notch!

I always get several estimates for large projects. My experience with getting roofing estimates has not been good. Indy Roofing did a great job explaining my needs and gave me a good price on repair as well as the cost of a new roof. I chose the repair option. The work was done both timely and professionally. Everyone I worked with was friendly and courteous. I will use them again when time comes for additional roofing work.

Indy Roof came and did a free inspection and found nothing. My roof is 12 years old and they didn’t find any hail damage from this week’s storm and also didn’t find any other wear and tear. 5 stars for honesty and integrity!
