I had a couple leaks, one in the house and one on covered patio. The first roofing company that came out was only interested in having me contact my insurance co for inspection. They said bad hail storms had come through within the last year. The next day Indy Roof Rangers came out. Ben Conrad was completely different. He didn't try and sell me on anything. He took one look at where the leaks were and told me it looked like the vent exhaust pipe boots needed to be replaced. He went on roof and took pictured and the vent boots on two needed replaced. I had him replace all of them. They came out the day they said they would and did a good job. The price was good also. Love the way Ben didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. Yes I will recommend Indy Roof Rangers to friends and family

Indy Roof Rangers stood out from the pack as I contacted a number of companies to do my roof. He covered all the bases as far as the offered options, materials to choose from, their expertise and standards. He was by far the most professional, and the cost quoted came in well under the rest. Even with the addition of replacement gutter guards, their price was still on point. Work was quickly done, and I was impressed by the post work inspection. I felt fully informed, never pressured for upsale (all the other inspectors were guilty of that), A good communicator, quick on problem resolution, and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a referral for such service

Ben and Indy Roof Rangers were amazing to work with. There was a projected I needed done that required multiple contractors. Ben helped to recommend me with one and helped with all of the scheduling and coordinating. Their service was fast and the job was done right. I will be using them again in the future.

Indy roof rangers did a great job replacing my roof. The whole process was smooth and great communication from the company. They knocked the job out very quickly. Worked with Ben on a few smaller issues I was having with my roof. While the other companies wouldn't take the job because it was smaller, Ben came by and completely understood what was needed, didn't try to upsell the job, and was glad to do the required repairs. I am very satisfied with the team for scheduling and having the work completed as they promised. So far things are great and hopefully will remain dry inside now. Thanks to Ben and the Roof Rangers.

I did not use this company, but I will in the future. They gave me honest feedback and did not just try to sell me things I did not need. They alleviated all of my fears and were great!Edit - about a year later and I did end up needing this service. Ben (owner) came out himself to check the issue and give a quote. He took the time to really explain, in everyday terms, what was needed and why as well as how his work would alleviate the issue. He never tries to sell you something you do not need and that is invaluable for someone who has never worked on roofs and is not familiar with the lingo. They definitely earned 5 stars from me!

From the start the staff was informative and professional. I obtained quotes from several companies and this one was the most competitive and they were able to complete the project in one day with a large crew. I walked the roof, the job was done as quoted. Being a smaller owner operator company the quality, price and service were superior than the larger companies who in some cases didn't bother to come to my home. They exceeded my expectations.

Garrett from Indy Roof Rangers came out to to inspect my roof for damages and then give an estimate. When Garrett left my home he stated that the lady at the office would be in contact with me about what was found and the estimate. As of this posting I have not been given any information about my roof. I called Indy Roof Rangers twice inquiring about the estimate and was told by Jessica that someone would be in contact with me or/and that she would have Garrett get in touch with me. Still has not happened. I am done calling them. I find that to be unprofessional as well as discourteous towards a customer or a potential client. The reason I chose to call the company was due to their 5 star rating reviews unfortunately thay did not live up to it. Hopefully they will see this review and not treat anyone else in the manner that they decided to treat my family. By the way Garrett came to our home on 9/12/23. That's how long I've been waiting for a response. If I could give no stars that is the review I would give. Don't usually give reviews but when one is so blatantly disregarded especially after calling back to the company twice and being told they would respond and never did it's insulting and unkind. Please do better and treat others how you would like to be treated.

I will forever use Indy Roof Rangers for any roofing needs! This company is awesome. Super nice people and they gave me a free quote that beat all the others. They even came to Fort Wayne for me even though they’re based in Indy. I just needed some soffit and fascia repaired from a storm and almost all other companies told me it was too small of a job and they wouldn’t do it but Indy Roof Rangers still treated me as if I was a huge client. They were so fast to respond and to get the work done. They even ended up getting it done ahead of schedule!
