We were hit with recent storms in our neighborhood and expected more storms on the way. We had a hole in our roof and were just past our roof's warranty. I contacted Indy Rooftops on a Saturday and got an immediate response. Mitch showed up to my house and fixed our problem on Sunday. Not only did he fix it, but he installed it better than our builder. He explained what happened, why it happened and what he did to help prevent this damage in the future. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend anyone in the Plainfield area to use their services. It is a locally owned company who truly care more about their standards and doing right for the community. I don't always write reviews, but I really wanted to help shine light on this company. Nobody expects roof damage after storms and nobody wants to deal with the aftermath. Indy Rooftops made this fix absolutely seamless and the whole thing was behind us in less than 48 hours. I made the right choice in calling Indy Rooftops and Carl Smith, their representative, was one I would highly recommend. The pilot light wouldn’t stay lit on my water heater. The plumber suspected a defective roof vent cap was allowing air to blow it out. I searched for reviews on roofing companies but didn’t expect any of them to value such a small project, and certainly not to attend to it quickly. I called Indy Rooftops and got Mitchel, the owner. Carl arrived just hours later, inspected the vent and repaired it by replacing missing sealant in three places (rather than replacing the entire vent as other companies may have done). Carl also walked the roof for other issues and, in an honest assessment, found everything in excellent shape. This was a very positive home repair experience in a typically frustrating and expensive area to tread. I highly recommend the company and Carl.

Brian and Nick came out to evaluate our roof for repair and/or possible replacement. We had many questions for them because three years ago we paid full price for a new roof only to find they did a very poor job. They squeezed through and extremely small attic door and took photos and detailed what the previous roofing company did incorrectly. They patiently answered our questions one by one. We have some legal things to settle right now, however, when we move forward on our roof they will be the first company we consider. Thanks so much.

Exceptional Service, Integrity, Excellent Communication, Professionals and Caring all describe Indy Rooftops. I had a horrible experience with a previous roofing company and my insurance company. After reading the outstanding reviews on Yelp, I decided to call Indy Rooftops. My initial conversation with Carl at Indy Rooftops put my mind to ease. Carl has vast knowledge in dealing with insurance companies. Thank goodness because my insurance company is by far the worst. There were many obstacles that transpired but he did not give up. Carl kept me in the loop the entire time. Finally, my insurance company approved my claim. I had no doubt that Carl was going to get it approved. My roof was installed immediately after the approval. I was shocked that Indy Rooftop was so fast scheduling a date. Carl was so considerate about working around my schedule since I work night shift. Installation day, everyone showed up on time, professional and hard-working individuals. The installation was completed the same day and they did an outstanding job. Five stars are not enough, I give them a billion stars. My roof looks absolutely wonderful!!!!! This is customer service at its best!!!!!! Thank you Indy Rooftops!!!!!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! Thank you so much, Mitch, for your services!! We had our ridge vent peel back late last week with winds, then the big storm hit and we had a big gap in our roof with rain coming in. Our 16 month old is sick right now and I'm due to give birth to our second baby any day now. We have a TON going on, and this roof issue was the last thing we needed on our plate. Not only was Mitch super helpful, but he stopped by last minute over the weekend, and fixed it quickly himself so that we could have this behind us! If we have any future roofing problems, I know exactly where I'll be going. And all of my recommendations will go here as well!

Mitch, Carl and Luis were amazingly professional. We were a bit frantic with water coming in from a soffitt which was causing a leak in our garage. Mitch came out with I believe his wife after hours to check, then sent Carl promptly the next morning. In less than 24 hours were repaired with warranty.

I Had them come out to check for storm damage to our roof and gutters. Zack was very thorough and explained everything he saw and even took the time to fix leaks around two furnace vent pipes on the roof. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

WOW! if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! After summer hail damage, a friend gave me Mitchel's information for help! I spoke with Mitchel the next day, and we discussed my roof along with my big-name insurance company. He explained that it may take a little while to deal with my insurance company, but he would be right there with us. He net the inspector at my home and documented all the damage, and the 4 month process began. At times, I felt we were going after a lost cause, but Mitchel reminded me to have patients and let the process play out. Through several follow-up calls and emails with our claim adjusters, Mit hel was there, and we spoke every few days. Finally, with his support and documentation, a new roof & skylights were fully approved. Finally, the new roof day arrived, and the crew was fantastic as they arrived at 7am. Mitchell was with me the entire time, but when his geese watching time arrived then Carl arrived to close out the deal. The detailed clean-up by the team and final inspection by Carl made us feel like family.The new roof is the best in the neighborhood, and the entire process paid off! Give Mitchel or Carl a call, and you won't be disappointed!

I contacted Indy Rooftops to inspect my roof where I had a couple leaks show up on the interior ceiling of our house. Carl was out the next afternoon to inspect. It was discovered that entire roof needed to be repaired from a wind storm that came through a few weeks earlier. Carl worked with insurance company to get the necessary approvals and the roof was replaced. We were unable to be home on the schedule replacement day but Carl kept of us informed throughout with numerous photos of the work in progress. The workmanship was great as well as the cleanup and the flashing work. I would recommend Indy Rooftops to anyone.

I recently moved and after our first round of snow and rain saw some water spots on my ceiling. Fearing the worst I called Indy Rooftops and then sent someone out same day to take a look. Carl Smith came by and did an inspection and clearly explained the cause of what I was seeing. It was such a smooth process from start to finish! Dan was out within an hour, communicated well, and helped guide us through the process every step! our roof is on and it has been less than 4 weeks start (initial call) to finish! (roof, gutters, and down spouts). Dan really made it easy for us with our busy schedules and it felt like he cared as much as if it were his own home.
