Everyone I talked to did their job in a professional manner.My project was removal of 2 layers of shingles & the sheathing deck underneath them. A new sheathing deck was installed using H- clips between sheathing panels for the proper spacing to allow for expansion. Owens Corning Flex Class 4 shingles were installed with underlayment, edging, starter shingles, and the area near the gutters got Rhino lining.Ridge vent was also installed.The crew that worked on my house is a hard working group. They did me a great job! They cleaned up after the install. Showed concern for my landscaping & property. Asked me about it if there were plants that could be smashed by equipment. (My spring bulbs will come back next year!)😃They covered any area where shingles or nails might fall. Used magnets to check the yard & driveway for nails.The foreman checked with me several times throughout the day. At the end of the day he verified that there were no issues that needed to be addressed before releasing his crew to return home which was about 100 miles from my home.Also, they brought trailers and hauled away all trash.

I’m so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company. I have been in tears most of today trying to figure out what to do about the mess they made of my house. I had Kingdom install a new roof and gutters in October/November of 2022 and gutter guards in November of 2023. I had water dripping from the ceiling exhaust in both bathrooms a week ago. Found out Kingdom removed the old exhaust vents, didn’t replace them with anything and covered over them. Had a crew here today to “fix” the problem. They cut 2 holes in my new roof, didn’t have any shingles and said they would use caulk instead and not to worry. They told me about other problems that need to be fixed but said it’s not their problem. They said they won’t do anything about the water stains in the ceiling because that isn’t their problem either. I had a thorough house inspection done in April of 2021 with a 40 page report. There were no problems with the roof or exhaust before Kingdom messed things up. I also had problems with the gutter guards. They weren’t installed properly and they had to send a different person out a couple of days later to correct the installation. I guess I am expected to hire someone else and pay them to correct the problems that Kingdom won’t do. How does this company have 5 star reviews?

I have reached out to Kingdom roofers multiple times regarding a leak from flashing not installed correctly. My request was for them to pay damages and although that may sound a tall order, for a company who claims excellence this should be expected. Poor representation on their part continues as they have refused to acknowledge my concerns… *verified customer -$8060 roofYes, I expect it to not leak… and that was an expectation that was, “guaranteed” to me.

My husband and I hired Kingdom Roofing to perform some major work on his parents home (both deceased). This was very emotional, since we have been wanting to show it some love for awhile now. They installed a standing seam metal roof, vinyl siding, and new gutters. They also wrapped the porch posts in cedar and made any repairs as the work progressed. Kyle, our sales rep, was amazing as were Trevor and Jon (I hope I got their names correct}, our job supervisors. Also, Melissa and everyone else. My husband was there all day while the work was being done to ask questions and make sure it was done in the way he envisioned. They treated him with the upmost respect. The crews doing the work were very skilled, friendly and had an amazing work ethic. There's an old saying that you can't turn a sows ear into a silk purse, but trust me, you can. The house is now that silk purse and they made that happen. I can't say enough that they made it a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them on any future projects. Hire them, you wont regret it.

They were here when they said, They did the job quickly and professionally, and cleaned up and did what they promised to do had problems with skylight coming in but came back and installed new one when it came in then sent a carpenter over to trim it out everyone was friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing

I had a very awesome experience with this company, If you want a reliable, honest, and trusted company they are the best, they give you update on when thing are going to be done,working with ken morgan He is knowlegable, answer any question you have the crew is the best you will ever find, they did our roof and they worked together and got the job done. it looks great and really happy with there work. they are doing my siding and gutter and will get before and after pic when they finish I will post them. We had our roof replaced by Kingdom Roofing in April of 2023. It was not cheap, so if you are looking for less expensive options, remember you get what you pay for. This was a professional crew who showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, communicated well throughout the entire process, and did a great job. Their pricing was in line with other businesses of the same caliber. My only complaint was that the cleanup could have been a bit better. They did leave some stuff in our gutters (nails, screws) that we are now finding after heavy rains. Otherwise it was a great job at a fair price. We had wind damage to the siding that kingdom installed on our house almost 2 years ago. I called on a Friday and Josh and his crew were here on Tuesday afternoon. They made the repairs in less than an hour. It was done at a very professional manner. Josh explained what had to be done, and his crew had it completed very quickly. Firstly they didn't do as we agreed and so they did half the job and didn't try to make it right, they just simply avoided my calls and left me high and dry. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work preformed. I usually never leave a poor review but in this case they earned it. Do yourself a favor don't call them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

A very professional company. My roof and gutters had to be replaced due to hail damage. I consulted with several different roofing companies in the Indianapolis/Fishers area. Kingdom inspectors thoroughly inspected the roof , pipe boots and gutters. Kyle was the only company representative to physically enter the attic and inspect the roof decking . Kyle was very easy to work with and very detailed in his estimate. While not the cheapest, they were in the middle of the pack on their estimate. However they were able to provide excellent warranty of the work compared to others. This work is also backed by owens corning. Jeremiah was the on site project manager and stayed on top of the amazing installation crew. They cleaned up every day and did an excellent job. They went over the yard with large magnets and picked up all the old nails. The office personnel Dawn and Christy provided detailed pre installation instructions and assisted in completing all documentation for the insurance company and final invoicing. Kyle has followed up to ensure we are completely satisfied with the completed work. Kingdom is a Owens Corning Platinum preferred roofing installer . In spring of this year, we had kingdom roofing replace our entire roof on our home. About six weeks ago, we noticed just a couple of shingles near the chimney that were buckling up just a little bit, which happens sometimes. We contacted Kingdom roofing and asked them to come out take a look at those shingles and make any repairs necessary. Within a very short period of time, they showed up, got up there on the roof and made the repairs necessary. They were even so kind as to inspect the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else had cropped up. We were so impressed with their punctuality, and their kindness. Kingdom installed all new siding and gutters on our house and even put in some attic vents for us. They were professional, responsive, and so easy to work with!We worked with Matt Mindrup and he was awesome! He helped us navigate a difficult insurance claim after our neighbors tree fell on our house, drafted multiple quotes for us anytime we asked to change anything, and followed up often to make sure things were going the way we wanted. My roof looks amazing and the crew was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get both my house and shed done in a timely manner without cutting corners. The project manager Ryan went above and beyond to make sure all the parts were there and the crew had everything they needed. He jumped in when necessary and took progression pictures throughout installation. They covered all my flowerbeds and moved all my outdoor items. After they were done, they cleaned up the entire area and moved all my items back. I will definitely be recommending Kingdom to others and will use them in the future if needed! We had to have a new roof installed and gutter covers installed. We spoke with a couple companies and chose Kingdom based on reviews and on the fact that the Salesman (Luke Spence) advised on traditional shingles as the best value, effectiveness, and best warranty over metal -which would have been a bigger sale. We really appreciated this. The crew was very professional and cleaned up well, and when I had some questions/concerns, they were addressed. A few weeks after install I had a concern and they sent out their Construction Superintendent Shane Stephenson who did an outstanding job of acknowledging concerns and making sure it was corrected. I know very little about roofing and had I been told everything was fine, I would have accepted that, but Shane went above and beyond in being transparent that there in fact was an issue and he made sure it was fixed to his satisfaction. This meant tearing off the shingles and doing it again. I was very impressed that the company would go to such lengths to do the right thing and I highly recommend them for operating in such an ethical manner. I am VERY happy with my new siding! My older, run down little house now looks amazing! From start to finish everyone I encountered with Kingdom Construction was great. Brent was very professional and friendly. He made the entire process very easy. The hardest decision I had was what color to pick hahaha. He and the project manager Jon listened to all my questions and never made me feel bad for asking them. They were very thorough and answered every question. :) I love the fact that each crew has a specialty. The gentleman putting up my siding, only do siding so they are very good at it. My house was finished in 1 day! I would absolutely recommend Kingdom Construction.

They helped us with some uncommon special issues our house had. Fair pricing for excellent work. The crew who did the job was considerate and did NOT cut any corners. They really did a fantastic job. Part of our task had supplies that were on backorder due to being custom colors. They were prompt about returning when supplies arrived to complete the job.The gutter crew was a separate crew. We were impressed with the complete job Brent Carper did in explaining what they could do to make sure our roof was done correctly. We asked if it could be started in 2-3 weeks and it was. Jon Baker, the project manager, made us feel competent that the roof would be done correctly and in 2 days. I felt safe leaving knowing Jon would be here overseeing the project.He was polite and kind. Listened well. Kept us updated. The crew worked well together. They were polite. Brent S. at Kingdom was so helpful all through the process. After the May hailstorm last year, 1 year ago today exactly, Brent told me if we had patience, we could not only get our roof re-done, but possibly the siding too, because we had holes in our siding from the hail. He educated us and led us with the options all along the way. I am so happy with the way everything looks, and with such a big job there were several small things that needed tweaked or fixed after they were done. They were very responsive and sent people back to respond to each request. I would highly recommend them.

Met with 3 roofing contractors, Kingdom’s Eric Bugh stood out beyond the rest. 1st visit he was in the attic & on our 2 story roof inspecting, taking pictures & brought a sample of damaged shingles back down. He explained the condition of the 20 yr old roof, showed recent storm damage (w/pictures showing leak area from inside and out) and then our options. After we decided on replacement, style, color, vent type and everything else needed, Kingdom handled all negotiations with the insurance company. On day scheduled, crew & materials arrived on time, started removing old roof immediately & were installing while still doing demo on backside. I’ve roofed 4 houses and have never seen a more thorough cleanup, amazing! I went around next morning to pickup debris, especially nails, from neighbors & my yard - no shingle scraps, no nails - NONE! Finally, the constant updates and follow up by the staff was awesome. I had a new roof put on by Kingdom Roofing this past November. Due to my insurance I was under a time crunch and they were very willing to work with me to get everything done in time. Eric came and brought the exact materials that would be put on my roof and showed/explained to me how they would be installed which was very helpful. The workers who put on the roof were very respectful while they were here and they cleaned up all around my house afterwards leaving no sign they were even there. We loved the quick response we got. We called one day and they came out the very next day and gave us an estimate! We appreciated that. They put the roof on all in one day because we were working against a time crunch. The clean up was phenomenal! Our place looked better after they were done with the job than before!
