Glenn and his crew did a great job installing new Hardie plank and trim at our home.They cleaned up all the scraps and trash at the end of the day. Workers were courteous.The attention to detail was second to none; very impressed with the quality of work done.I got other bids for the job and M & J was very competitive. What sold me on them was that Glenn didn’t try to oversell us plus he had some good ideas that we hadn’t thought of.They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.This was a large job tearing off the old cement siding and trim; putting up new Hardie wrap; installing Hardie plank and trim; caulking, etc. If I need exterior work done again, my first call will be to M & J Exteriors.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduled an estimate and was given a very competitive price to not only replace my leaky and old gutters, but add 2 more sections of gutter for proper water drainage. I had to reach out to the contractor several times just to simply pay and get scheduled. He knew from the very beginning that we were closing on our house and we needed to get someone to repair the siding. We agreed to do this with our buyers. I had to ask him multiple times for the estimate to be emailed to me and then I had to ask him multiple times to invoice us so we could pay and get scheduled. He took five days to respond to me about the invoice and when he did he said he’s sorry he couldn’t do anything this week because he was on spring break. Terrible communication completely unprofessional

We selected M&J Exteriors from 5 other roofing companies because they had a competitive price (even with an upgrade to Duration shingles), and they had favorable reviews. The project included roof replacement and gutter upgrade.Jeremy said that it might take 1-2 days for the roof, and it took 2 full days. I was a little surprised since several of my neighbors recently had new roofs (by other roofing companies), and theirs took only 1 day. (I was told that the pitch of my roof was different from theirs.) However, M&J’s crew (3 members on day 1, with a fourth added for clean-up on day 2) started promptly at 8 a.m. and worked until sunset (7 p.m. in October) each day, so I had no complaint with their effort.Speaking of the crew, they were professional and very thorough with the clean-up. In fact, after they left, I found only a handful of nails (although several more were found during the gutter upgrade), which was very impressive. Communication was a little difficult; however, Glenn stopped by several times on day 1 and at the end of day 2.We had a small problem regarding the TV satellite dish. The crew put the dish back in the original spot, but they were unable to reposition it correctly in spite of their best efforts, so we had to call DIRECTV for a service appointment. Unfortunately, they couldn’t come to the house for 4 days, so we were without TV for an extended period. HINT: call your satellite TV provider beforehand and schedule them to come to your house on the day your roof is replaced in the likely event that you need them.We are happy with the roof, especially since the new roof enhances the appearance of the house. We chose the same color as our next-door neighbor, so we knew exactly what to expect.The gutter upgrade took a day and a half. However, it also included the replacement of a number of pieces of rotten wood as well as the installation of gutter guards, so I had no problem with the time. The previous gutters were dirty, ugly, and too small, so the new gutters make a tremendous difference, and we are happy with them.In summary, I would recommend M&J; in fact, I have referred them to several of my neighbors.

We had roofing, siding, gutters, shutters, fascia and soffit wrap done. We were concerned about cost, of course, but after meeting with Jeremy we were pleasantly surprised about how affordable it all was. The roof was actually done while we were on vacation and they took great care to not have anything fall on our car parked in the driveway. Our next door neighbor even commented about how efficient they were as she watched them work. Long story short, we have a house now with great curb appeal, when our old T-111 siding was old and weathered. I strongly recommend Jeremy and M&J Exteriors for anything you may need.
