Under no circumstance, would I hire this company to do anything for me again. Once I signed the contract, communication issues were abound. For measuring the job, they just randomly scheduled me and didn’t notify me until I got a call that someone was on the way. I had to correct the window color order x2. A 1/2 day job turned into 4 days of wasted time, them ruining my window trim and breaking my shower door handle. On top of that, their communication is poor and their management does not care about you if you bring your issues to their attention. I had hired them to complete a one window replacement, and it was nothing short of a terrible experience.They no showed me the first day that they were supposed to install. I had to reach out to the company on multiple occasions that day to find out when they were coming and had very poor communication. They didn’t even tell me they were not coming. I contacted a manger only to find out the crew lied about their communication with me. I had to send screenshots to prove me case.The day they did come they destroyed my windows trim, installed one of the trim pieces upside down and broke my shower door handle. The glass of my new window is also scratched or has gunk all over it that I can’t get off. They left the workspace filthy and left a hole in my wall.I had to alert the crew chief on the job about all of this - even though he was supposed to be checking their work. He said that he would come back and replace the trim. He no showed me yet again.When he did show up (4th day of dealing with this install), he did not replace the wood and just filled the trim with wood filler that doesn’t even color match. We fixed our shower door handle ourselves and they gave us a credit for that. That’s it. No other discounts were offered and management acted like I was lying about the whole thing. I had to send pictures to prove my case. After he left, I still had to fix things myself as he didn’t even fix all the trim and my wall was still a mess.Do not hire this company if you value your time and want quality.

Dan Spaulding was great, very informative and supportive of my window renovation goals. He showed up the morning of the window installation to make sure the guys doing the install had everything they needed to make the job go smoothly. I recommend to hit dan up for all of your window needs!

I really appreciated the diligence of Chris Rossetti in getting my insurance company to cover most of the expense of my new roof. Once the work began it was done quickly and the cleanup was done. I was really pleased with the work and the workers. I would definitely recommend the company

Excellent work from all the Chris's. The only reason for the 4 stars is that clean-up wasn't very thorough. I keep finding nails around the perimeter of my home. The worker's kept leaving my gate open after I kept reminding them it needed to stay closed so my dogs would not escape. Also, we noticed some interior damage in our living room & they sent someone out to check who basically said, that's not us & just kind of dropped the ball in our court. Prior to getting our business, they were very attentive. That slipped a bit after they had the check in-hand. The work looks fantastic. I just wish they handled the drywall in the garage & living room, so we didn't need to find someone else to complete the work. Petty complaint on my part, really.

Very difficult process to get our windows in. Different crews disagreeing and was kind of messy on how to do our windows once they were already ordered. 2 windows measured wrong, but the install was great and easy. Some things were wrong with the actual windows, but more the manufacturer’s error than the company for those. The head scheduling guy was very rude and acted as if he had a god complex even though we were very accommodating with the crews and had to call multiple times to schedule because no one reached out. We wanted the crew to know ahead of time, the morning of, we would have to run out for like 30 minutes during the day of the 3rd or 4th time trying to install windows (get kids/run to office). We asked if they could get lunch and the manager lost it and was very unprofessional on the phone threatening to just not send them and for us to have a whole day set aside without interruption. The crew worked on the garage window and it wasn’t even an issue that we stepped away. The crews were very nice and respectful.

I had three quotes and decided to go with M&M over the other two based on my interactions with sales personnel that came out to provide an estimate and the follow-on conversations I had with them. It seemed like I had made the correct choice until person arrived on September 19th to perform the repair. While the contract stated I would be charged extra for a two story house and a steep pitched roof, he was not prepared or able to up and complete the project. He said he would be back that afternoon or the next morning but would call to confirm. I did not receive any phone call from him. The next day I called him and he said he was in a meeting and they would find someone to complete the repair because his boss did not want him on the roof. I did not hear anything from him or anyone from M&M Home Remodeling Services. I sent the sales person an e-mail requesting his assistance on contacting s supervisor or customer relations office and he provided me with the supervisor (same person that came out to repair the roof). He called me later that day (September 29th) and said they were working to get a sub-contractor assigned to the project. When I came home the project had been completed and there were approximately 10 shingles and parts of shingles laying in the yard. While the grass may eventually recover the burn marks are still evident in my yard where the worker left the debris. Invoice was dated September 29, 2023, however the work was not completed at that time and I finally received the invoice on October 19, 2023 and it had a due date of October 17, 2023. Customer service does not seem to be a top priority for M&M Home Remodeling Services.

We had some bumps in the process caused by failures of other contractors and they went above and beyond to get things corrected and working properly! Several things negative about my experience.They viewed my job as a small contract at an original 15k gutter job. Two non english speaking guys were here for one day in August 2023. A month later I finally had a walk through, in which I pointed out several problems with the work completed and a lot of work not completed. Walk through guy agreed with all my complaints. I was told he'd schedule a return date with the crew to complete the job. ASAP. Crickets for 5 months. Then on one of the worst days in January 2024, it was 30 mile an hour winds at minus 14 degrees outside when without notice a crew of two guys showed up to finish the job. NOTHING good was going to come from that, so I sent them packing. The whole fiasco was unacceptable. To conclude we negotiated on a final payment, higher than I thought was exceptable, but I was just happy to rid them of my existence. We asked M&M for a quote on some roof repairs along with several other companies. One of the other companies was a neighbor's contracting business, so I went that route. Out of all the "big name" roofing companies, M&M was by far the best value (by several hundred for our quote), friendly, and professional. Richard was the guy who came to my house for the quote and followed up, and he has been an amazing customer service representative for the company.I went with my neighbors company because he gave me a "friend" discount that big companies couldn't compete with, but M&M was a close second with the other 5 companies that came out for a quote being far far down the list. I will definitely reach out to them in the future if I need major roof changes/repairs made. Thanks guys!

Our project involved new roof, trim boards, gutters, facia, skylight replacement, and bay window repair. Also included mounting new shutters on some windows. Work on the sub-projects was completed in a timely way (sometimes weather changed timelines, as one might expect). The teams worked quickly and were able to finish in the expected timelines. The quality of work was excellent. The project manager was Chris and he was outstanding. All of our concerns and questions were carefully answered and thoroughly explained. He was very quick to respond to text messages and clearly wanted outcomes to be to our satisfaction. He also worked with the crews to ensure they knew what needed to be done. He was always ready to come over if we called. With work with various crews, there was some damage to shrubs and trees, but they will recover. Chris reminded crews to be more careful. While we have had several heavy rains we have not found any leaks anywhere (previously water would leak quickly into several areas). Their corporate guarantee covers any future leaks would be repaired. Our town was totally replacing our street and Chris insured his teams would have access to our house throughout the project. We highly recommend M&M and would hire them again for house projects.
