MK Property Solutions did a fantastic job on our property! Thanks to them we now have a beautiful custom fence, privacy panels, barn, and patio that help make our backyard as secluded as possible for city living. After getting a few quotes for a couple projects I wanted done, I called MK Property Solutions and spoke with Dave, I spoke with him in-depth on what I was wanting completed. He was out the very next day, and had a quote to me in no time! I’ve done my research on projects they had completed and they quote I received seemed perfect! I wanted quality work and they did an amazing job! I will definitely recommend to others and use again when needed. The guys that were here were completely respectful of my home and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day! I was given timelines and communication throughout the project.

We hired MK Property Solutions for a 2-day new kitchen cabinet install that turned into a full main floor renovation. Dave, the owner, heard our needs and helped guide us through the work from start to finish. He made our visions come to life. It was so nice to work with one company for all of the various jobs throughout the reno. Dave took care of everything and kept the work moving. They stayed on the job until it was complete.Separate from the inside renovation, MK also helped us with an outside siding issue that caused water damage. Dave worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way.Dave and his team were so professional and courteous. Kaitlin in the office was so pleasant to work with as well. We will definitely be working with MK again!!

I had some rotting soffits and gutter boards. I attempted to do some of it myself and found that I was getting a little in over my head so I called MK Solutions. They came out and gave me a fair price and even did some brick maintenance for me. David was very friendly and professional. There are "good" companies all over Indy, but if you want phenomenal workmanship, punctuality, and uncanny communication then you want MK! Seeing the owners there every work day to ensure every detail was going smooth and according to plan was very comforting! I personally communicated with Danny and he made our whole experience of getting a new roof, siding and gutters as worry free and stress free as I could have hoped for in making our house a home! We’ll definitely be staying loyal to them, and if we should need more work done they’ll be our first and only call. They redid the whole outside of our home, windows, siding, painting, and roof. Well my name is Ryan and I don't normally write reviews, its my least favorite thing to do.. But due to the outstanding quality and professionalism of MK Property Solutions has impressed me enough to do so this time.. everyone I talked to during my experience was pleasantly polite and very professional. The crew was always prompt, polite ,clean , and respectful, and any questions I had rather it be questions of concern or curiosity, were promptly answered with confidence , knowledge and experience.. That gave me a sense of security knowing that the people working on my home knew exactly what they were doing.. know if's , and's or but"s or excuses. And im also OCD and can usually pick a part someone workmanship , but they were sharp and precise and did things the right way from start to finish.. They didn't cut any corners and were still able to save me money.. The reason being for this review is because they are the first to have earned an A.1 in quality in my book.. So from me to you when it come to roofs , gutters , siding , and bathroom remodeling , I would have to say they're highly recommended.. Statements like these ,for me , do not come easy... thanks again MK for an outstanding job

We requested Danny to come out to give us an estimate to replace a few shingles that were damaged from a storm and a few others that were damaged by a satellite dish on the roof. We also requested him to give us an overall assessment of the roof. He made suggestions to improve the life of the roof, but also mentioned these changes could be made once replacing it. We hired Danny to replace the damaged shingles, he also patched a couple of holes and resealed the flashing around the chimney. When it came time to replace the shingles Danny came to the property and realized that the color of the new shingles was slightly off. Work was done professional. When payment came, company owner advised additional charges that were not listen on the contract. When I question these, charges, owner because defensive and spoke to me in an unprofessional manor. I will not be utilizing their services again.
