Hired them to replace the siding on our house. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't communicate at all. Just show up and then leave with the job half finished and no communication as to when they'll be back. Then they'll show up at 8am on a Saturday with no warning and wake you up on your day off. Then they'll put nails through your screened in porch leaving a hazzard to deal with and steal your downspouts leaving your crawlspace to flood if it rains. That's right they STOLE all of our downspouts and we didn't notice until it started raining. Just completely flabbergasted anyone could be this awful and have the good reviews they have. I would have never hired them if I had even an inkling of the disaster this would be. If I could give them zero stars I would... and that's a first for me. I've never been this dissatisfied with any company I've dealt with before.

This is an edit to my review.New roof in June. End of October leak in kitchen due to no seal around vent pipe. For months water has been getting in and finally broke through. Its also starting to smell. The roof was repaired by Proliance. This is a scammer! I had my roof done with them! Can’t list the amount of trouble I had and still gave with this dishonest contractor! Two things: took two years for them to do the work after inspection and a 1 and had after signed the contract! After 6 months of reroofed I gave leaking on my kitchen ceiling! They don’t answers call for the warranty!!! Run from this people!

0 STARS. The company employees are very friendly, but getting work done and done right is not the what they do. It took right st a year to finally finish, but still haven't received any of the warranty papers on the roofing and siding products. There was at least 2 to 3 sub contractors fired during the time they were working on our home.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK ON THEIR HOME.

I have waited over 3 months for my roof installation to be scheduled.. On the day they are supposed to do do the install, it's a no show. I called the company the company only to find out that the person either forgot to schedule it or or didn't communicate appropriately. When I pointed out how long I have had to wait already the only response was "well other people have had to wait longer". I have consistently had issues with them communicating next steps or what is going on. If you are looking for a timely job And consistent professional communication I would look somewhere else. If it wasn't too late I wouldn't hesitate to find a different roofing company for myself.Service: Roof installation
