Excellent customer service. Phil and his crew did a great job. Ours was a complete tear off with new shingles installed all in one day. They were very professional and left no mess for me to clean up. They are very comparable to other companies price wise. This is our second time using Sherriff Goslin roofing and I would recommend using the company. I contacted Phil with a separate issue after the fact and he went above and beyond to help me with a gutter issue(no fault of the company). I appreciated the fact as a customer, Phil returned my call and helped me resolve my issue.

My family has used Sherriff Goslin roofing for several decades now at my grandparents, my parents a s now my own home. The service and product can not be surpassed. Bill is so kind and very honest and down to earth. The installation was all exactly on schedule and Bill was great at communicating with us through the whole process. We live in a city with very strict building inspectors and Bill prepared us for any changes the city might have for us before the new roof was installed. And just as he said, the city insisted on us replacing the decking to a thicker material because the 1960s decking didnt meet today's code. I really appreciate Bill being proactive and letting us know this might happen...it kept the process from being stressful later because we were prepared. He does great work with his crew and they cleaned up our yard immaculately after the roof was installed. I really appreciate that no nails or debris were left for my young toddler to find and try to eat! So many other contractors we have hired were sloppy and left messes for us to clean up. Not Bill and his crew!! I cannot recommend this company enough.

Sheriff Gosselin is the only company around that does the diamond shaped Art-Loc Shingles which I really wanted because they looked spectacular on my neighbor’s steep roof. Prior to my knowledge that GS was the only option for this type of shingle, I had several other contractors out to look at my roof.GS answered my phone call on the first ring and Bill scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was thorough in his assessment and explaining my options.The other companies have salesmen who pass the job off to contractors but not with GS. Bill was my only contact during the entire process and he kept in very close communication with me on the start date as they were rained out a few times. Bill personally did the carpentry for my soffits and installed the soffit vents. Neighbors reported he was on the jobsite every day helping the main crew. They ran into some rotten wood above the porch and Bill went to the hardware store to buy replacement wood. The roofers are all GS employees specially trained to install this type of shingle. The workers were friendly and did an excellent job in 100 degree weather. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up some of the debris from the window contractor.I had a few issues after the roofers left. They had knocked a piece of siding off, used clear caulk instead of black on the window flap, and left a rust stain on one of the brand new shingles from the support beam they used. I contacted Bill who responded immediately and personally came out and corrected each and every concern I had within two days. I am not convinced any other company would have provided such top quality service. I highly recommend Sheriff Gosselin!

Sherriff-Goslin removed my old roofing, replaced the decking and put on new roofing. I was one of those customers who asked a lot of questions, had to see finished product on other homes. Also double and triple checked by color choice. Mark was very patient, answered all my questions and did not push me to make a decision. I was very pleased with the workmanship and they cleaned up the entire area. Great company.

Sherriff Goslin put a new roof on my house around 4 years ago. Last week a tornado touched down close to my home bringing over 70 mph winds, hail and debris. My yard was trashed but the only thing that happened to my roof was when a large limb landed on my power line and bent the metal pipe the power line runs into. This broke the seal between the pipe and the shingles. I called Sherriff Goslin and they fixed it with no charge. No insurance, no wait. Not only do they have a great product they have great service to back it up.

They tore off my old roof and put on their diamond shaped shingles. They cleaned up the mess and didn't damage any of my flowers. The new roof looks great.
