Our residential advisor Jeff Lyons did an outstanding job in taking care of all our roofing and new gutter replacement details. He contacted insurance companies met company inspector and went onto roof with the inspector. The service he provided was very professional and he is a clean cut, polite rep for Stay Day Roofing. The roofing and gutter crews were very friendly and did both jobs so fast I could not believe it. Gutters were up in 2 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up. 5 star rating on Jeff and both crews. My roof is a fairly difficult one to navigate. It’sVery high and lots of interesting angles accompany that height. JEFF LYONS. From the very first call until the last contact we had, Jeff has been the best. He is courteous, professional, understanding. He explained the roof work that was going to be done in a way that I understood. He understood our financial limitations and worked with us to get the job done at a reasonable cost. He answered any questions that I had. He was prompt and efficient. When we set up times to meet he was usually early and always took my needs into consideration. We had wind damage to our roof and I contacted Stay Dry Roofing, because they had done a great job on roofing my church. Kevin promptly came out to access the damage and upon inspection it was determined that we needed a new roof. Kevin told us exactly what to expect and so the job began. Jeff Lyons came out and inspected and gave an estimate. We accepted and asked for it to be scheduled on a certain day and he made it happen. A majority of the work was done on that day and they finished up the next day. He was on site numerous times and did the final inspection and walk around. He scheduled some follow up Work to be done and it was completed on time. I am a handy man and I have already recommended Stay Dry Roofing and Jeff to one of my customers.Service: Roof installation

I made an appointment online in the morning; Austin was quick to call and get out to my property to check out my roof. He was thorough, took pictures, and chatted with us on the current state of the roof and any repairs that was needed. He sent in his report within next business day.
