The install team was curious, fast, very professional. They finished late and it was dark so they came right back and cleaned up. This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with when it comes to construction projects. They are extremely professional and courteous and they bent over backwards to make us happy when we needed a new roof after a tornado came through our town. (Big shout out to the Project Manager, Kyle Koehne) I was referred to them saying they were good but I never ever thought they'd be this 👍 good. We had a leak in our sunroom causing damage to ceiling and outer wall. We were not sure where the source was. We called 3 roofing companies. Ultra Dry was the one we chose.The owner and salesperson came and conducted a thorough inspection and determined where the damage was. Their finding was consistent but more comprehensive than the other two. They presented 2 options (repair or replace) and we chose to replace. They brought samples for us to match existing house shingles, and were very careful on our behalf to get the closest match to the rest of house. They were on time for all meetings and installation. They were careful and respectful of our property, and cleaned up better than any contractor we’ve had. They were professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson/point of contact, Blake, was very responsive to all questions and requests. He is extremely professional and polite.
