I called and talked to Dwayne and explained that I had experienced a leak with visible damage to drywall and wood flooring. We talked about the damage at length and agreed upon a date and specific time for him to come review the damage.Since this is a rental property, I had to make special arrangements for the appointment. I called an hour after our scheduled time and he had no record or memory of scheduling the appointment just two days prior.Very frustrating since this has wasted my time and has potentially allowed for the water to do more damage in the meantime.
