We had our gutter system replaced through White Oak Construction and we were very happy with the process from start to finish! They helped us to identify an issue with our old gutters that could have caused extensive damage over time to our home. Luckily, we caught it before that happened and White Oak helped us by installing a new system! The workers who came out were kind and professional, they were quick and their work was very high quality. Very impressed with everything from the materials used to the professionalism of White Oak employees. We will absolutely be using them for any and all exterior work in the future and highly recommend them!

Process of removing the old gutters and installing the new gutters was relatively quick. There was a small hiccup with not having enough material during installation, but they had the matter resolved within a few days. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We are very happy with the quality of work, material of the gutters, and customer service provided by White Oak Construction.

We had White Oak add a front porch onto our house this last fall. They did a great job, very professional, great communication, and easy to work with. Very reasonably on price. The front porch completely changed the look of the house.

My husband and I are very old fashioned. When a door to door salesman from White Oak Construction came knocking on our door, we were happy to hear him out. He was very nice and professional and represented the company well. He set up an appointment with the sales people John and Mike. John and Mike were very personable, they got to know us without making it feel forced. They talked to us about what project we'd like to have done, and answered all of our questions. They continued to work with us throughout the whole process and had thorough communication. White Oak construction got us on their schedule and completed the job in a very reasonable time frame . They came and did our roof while we were on a trip. When we came back, we found that not only did they leave everything the way they found it, they left it better than they found it. The roof was done well, our yard was neat and tidy, they even pulled our trash can back into our yard. Our first night back we had a big storm and roof held up perfectly. It has the highest rating you can have for hail protection so that means we can get our rate lowered for our insurance. Our experience with White Oak construction has been nothing but positive from start to finish.

We needed to replace 6 windows in our home. We had already had White Oak Construction replace 10 windows about 7 year ago. We were very happy with those windows and so we contacted them about replacing these 6 windows. The windows are a little expensive, but they are high quality window. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman, the guy who measured for the windows and the installer were kind, friendly and courteous. The installer did a great job at getting the installation done in one day. Our windows look great!

Had a window installed. Very nice company to work with. Only issue was that they called the day before to schedule measurements and install which doesn’t work well when you have a job. We were able to schedule 2 weeks out to request time off work after explaining that we couldn’t get off work on that short of notice.

They are kind and courteous!I used another company for one window at my new home and that will never happen again!! White Oak Construction was a reputable brand in Indianapolis that I’d heard of as a young man. When I saw an ad that they could handle window replacements, I couldn’t wait to contact them.After filling out the contact form, within 72 hours a rep came out to measure window frames and provide options from a wide variety of windows- all custom made for our home.After confirming, the windows are constructed by a partner. It takes about 6 weeks. Once the windows are shipped to White Oak, the scheduling team will get in touch to set a date for installation.You’re installer will be courteous, professional, and a pro at installing your door or window. They are also very knowledgeable on their products and how they function.Pricing is a little higher, but the product quality is far better than anything you’ll get from a big box store. If you want a high end product that does far more than provide a glass barrier from outdoors to indoors, call White Oak.

My husband and I had two windows replaced and have been very happy with the results. The installers and measurement associates were excellent and kept everything very clean. Our only downside would be the fact that our quote took nearly 3 hours. While the associate was lovely and we enjoyed talking with him, it would have been nice to have a better understanding of what to expect with the time commitment on that step. Otherwise the experience was excellent and we do plan to continue using their services in the future!

Overall gave the 5 stars. When they 1st came out we were unsure but talking with Jordan and him explaining how things worked helped put us at easy. They set us up with an easy payment option and got us set up with our appointment to measure for our gutters. Within a few weeks they were able to put up our new more efficient gutters. Only thing is make sure you are able to be available to talk to while install is happening fpr minor questions they may have.

From start to finish, the experience working with White Oak to replace our windows was amazing!Home renovation projects are never cheap and I’m always worried about paying too much or not getting quality work. When we met with Vance, those concerns immediately went away. He was so nice, answered all our questions, showed us the product samples and gave us time to consider our options. We never felt pressured at all (which wasn’t the case with other companies we talked to). In the end, we were easily sold based on the quality and value of the products. Plus, the windows have some great built-in safety features that I really like.It only took a day or two for someone to come out and measure our windows to finalize the order. Vance told us our windows would be custom built and that takes some time. Understandable. We were originally expecting our windows to arrive about now, but they actually came in and were installed a month early! The whole installation was so quick and easy, the workers were done in a matter of hours and they even took time to repair damage they noticed on our window bench that was caused by water leaks in our old windows. Above and beyond!The new windows are beautiful! We noticed immediately how much quieter it is the rooms with the new windows. But now that the weather is turning cold outside, I can also tell that it’s warmer.Since we hadn’t worked with White Oak before and we didn’t personally know anyone who had, we kept this project small (4 windows) just to test things out. We were so happy with the outcome that we will definitely work with them again!

The windows were in terrible shape and were a serious point of worry on our home. Rick from White Oak met with us to talk about window options. He made sure to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. They also helped facilitate financing for a project of this nature. And the workmanship was professional and pristine. The whole process went smoothly. The sales reps were very personable. There was a mistake in measuring one of the windows. Instead of forcing it to be good enough, they reordered a whole new window at no additional cost to us. The windows look great and we can't wait to not feel the cold pouring through them.

We wanted to convert a screened-in patio to an extra bedroom. In doing so, we reached out to about as many home improvement companies as we could find for bids. After all was said and done, White Oak had the most reasonable bid combined with the longest and most positive track record.After settling on the contract and beginning the work, the project manager (Ron) was a true pleasure for keeping us informed and explaining every step of the process. The teams he had visit were extremely professional, friendly, accurate and fast. This included both sub-contractors and White Oak employees. The entire project took right about 2 months. it could have been done faster but we made some changes that caused some delays.Throughout the project, we had no, zero, complaints on any front. We had no requests for rework. We had no punch list at the end. In terms of home improvement experiences, and hearing horror stories from others who have had countless trouble with their chosen contractors, White Oak was a welcomed partner. We are already in discussions for 2 additional projects.

This team did a great job installing our new doors, the old front door was severely weathered and had a lot of issues with the trim so nothing was even or squared. The guys at White Oak were able to get the new front door and storm door installed with all new trim and it looks better than ever, and they did it in kess than a day. Our backdoor finally latches all the way and guves us much better security, They were so friendly and professional and cleaned up really well. 10/10 would recommend.

We had 4 tall windows replaced with 2 shorter but wider windows. The crew showed up when they said they would, got straight to work and did it quickly and professionally. They did a great job of matching our older faded and discontinued siding with new siding and unless you are within 5 feet it's very difficult to tell. Would absolutely hire them again.

We decided on getting new gutters this year and picked White Oak because of reviews. Ended up adding a new storm door also.The buying process was quick, we had everything picked out within an hour or so, at a price I think was great, and a start date to look forward to.The storm door got installed first, looks great, and opens many times better than the old one.The gutters got installed about a week later (and quicker than quoted) and look great, feel secure, and are working perfectly.Every stage of this process went smoothly, I will not hesitate to use White Oak again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the window quality is wonderful and installation was awesome! Love the look so much. Our main complaint is that after our first consultation, one of the workers called to come take measurements with only one hour notice. This led to me having to leave work for a short time to meet with them. We were also told it would take 6-8 weeks, closer to 6, but it was 9 weeks.

White oak construction recently replaced our entry doors. The consultant took time with my wife and I to correctly chose the new doors for our home. He was very knowledgeable on the products that they offered and made great suggestions about the doors we were interested in. As we are not in the position to pay cash for the door the consultant explained the various financing offers the White Oak offered. We were approved and the doors where placed on order. It only took a few short weeks for our doors to be manufactured. Upon arriving the scheduling department was very easy to work with to get the installation scheduled. The installation crew arrived and did an amazing job removing the old doors and installing the new door. I have used White Oak Construction for several other projects at our home and they not only do amazing work. They back up there products with a great service warranty. Only takes one phone call to resolve any issues if they arise. Amazing job!!!
