NOT FREE QUOTESCompany was highly reccomended. Called and asked about getting a quote on roof repairs and was told the guy would come and give us a free quote. After he got there, he said he could quote me the repairs for free but a full replacement report would cost $100. I said I only wanted a quote for the repairs. He then did his evaluation of the roof and came back saying he would only do the full report for $100 and wouldn't quote me the cost for repairs as originally discussed.Feels very deceiving. I did not move forward with the quote.

Came out the day after we initially called and gave us a competitive quote on the spot. Once we decided to proceed, they were out to our home within 4 business days. The crew was efficient, competent, and professional. Our Sales Rep, Hector was exceptional. Knowledgeable, honest, patient, informative, and his pride in his work was evident. They completed our entire job in 1 day! I will recommend Northeast to EVERYONE and though no one wants to have to have their roof repaired/replaced, we hope that we have the opportunity to work with them in the future. Keith and his team were so easy to work with. Their quote came in competitive compared to one of the big franchise companies from Fort Wayne. They did a phenomenal job with the roof and clean-up. We have quite a bit invested in our landscaping and they made sure not to disturb any of it! They were in and out in 1 day which was also very convenient. We highly recommend Keith and his team!

We are so impressed by this company from Hector down to this amazing crew!The men worked in teams and the work was precise and meticulous .The job was scheduled, assigned and from tear off to completion and clean up, done in one day . We contacted Keith for a quote on a metal roof. After giving us a quote (and before signing any contract) Keith came back to our house because we had a few questions, a few more things we wanted him to check out. Northeast Indiana Roofing was the best quote we received. Keith kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and even came back on the last day to ensure everything went as planned & that we were satisfied. Our roof looks great and was done in a timely manner- at an affordable price, too. Even prior to signing the contract, I didn’t feel at all as though Keith was pushy- he explained everything in great detail and I felt as though our satisfaction, and that the roof was done right was his top priority. Our second time using them. We sold our home last year and had to replace the roof as a condition of the sale. They had great customer service, replaced the roof in a day, without any trace they had been there. They were great about taking payment out of our closing. It was a no brainer when we found our roof was leaking over the weekend due to the recent storms that we would call them. They answered first thing this morning and were out to repair our roof just after lunch time. Their customer service is impeccable, and they do good quality work at a reasonable price.

It is rare to work with a company as friendly, efficient and with such commitment to excellence and quality as Northeast Indiana Roofing LLC. They did an absolutely wonderful job removing a dilapidated roof and putting a new copper colored metallic roof on my gazebo on Big Long Lake. It truly looked like a work of art when they were done. What's more, it was done in absolutely no time. I called on a Monday, they went to my lake house and provided an estimate that same evening, I signed a contract on Tuesday morning and it was done by Tuesday evening. No scraps or debris left behind. It was like magic! I could not have been happier with Hector Martinez Jr.. his crew and the great service I received.
