We hired Premier Exteriors for a large custom window replacement. They were on-site quickly to quote the job. When the window came it their team was professional, knowledgable and courteous. This is the first contractor team that left our property cleaner than when they arrived as well. This group is highly recommended. We will use again in the future.

David and his crew did a fantastic job on my new roof. They did my roof at least a week earlier than promised! They arrived early in the morning, removed the old shingles and installed new Atlas Pinnacle shingles, and then promptly cleaned up all in a short day's time! I am very pleased with the job they did. I believe the materials they used were top-notch and they were very competitive in pricing! Highly recommend!

We met with Premier Exteriors to have them do a roof, soffit, gutters, large window and exterior door. They came out, gave us an estimate and we signed a contract. Put half the money down. This happened in October, 2021. Cold weather came. They didn't get to it. Thought it would then happen in the spring. We understood cold weather came. Expected them to get to it in the spring. Continued contacting them. They were on jobs we were told and they'd get to it. Usually when we called there was no answer. Would leave a message. Never returned calls. 10 months later, August,still no roof or other items. We were told it was finally happening, and they told us the day. Then they called 2 days before this date saying they were sending our money back and were no longer doing our job. They had our money for 10 months! They gave us no reason. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! 10 months!! I would give 0 stars!!!

I contacted Premier for replacing my siding, and soffit. I got a reasonable estimate. Well there crew was Awesome! Extremely friendly, Very respectful. VERY QUALITY MINDED! I Love the workmanship and Quality of their product. I Couldn't be more Pleased! With crews like I had Premier Exterior will be flourishing for years! Thank You! It's like I got a New Home. ❤

Dave and his staff did a wonderful job with our roof! We couldn't be more happy! They worked quickly and were very professional. We love how our new roof looks, it makes the whole house look more modern! The price was good and we are very pleased with the lifetime warranty it came with. Priemer representatives always arrived on the scheduled day and on time. They were all very professional. I was offered the choice of metal or shingles for the roof. There were two choices for the metal. For the shingles the selections included quality, styles, and colors.Each person I had contact with was very courteous and knowledgeable starting with the initial sales rep through the installers. You also have a Design Specialist that becomes your personal contact if needed for anything that you might have questions about during or after the install. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had to reschedule the measuring appointment. Had to call them to find out they weren't coming. Took 3 months to schedule installing windows and doors. Had to reschedule the installation, again had to call them to find out they weren't coming. Ordered brown for the front of the house, got tan windows and white storm door.

Can't really say as a customer but it was approached about doing some roof work 4 premier exteriors I agreed talked about a date a month past the date we talked about I get a call we go look at the job then was told it took two months to get the shingles everyone knows it takes 2 to 3 weeks at the maximum to get any shingles made on this Earth if I was told I wanted to babysit you and make sure you actually knew what you're talkin about as far as how to do a roof properly I should have been told that I would have had no problem with the boss overseeing my work and would expect the same if I was the bossGrayson Handshoe thank you for everything you taught me when I was young and thank you for having me do my grandmother's house 4 Rock bottom pricing
