Bone Dry went beyond my expectations on re-roofing my house built in 1897. It was a very complicated task, but the team were/are pros and did an exceptional job. My house isn't ordinary. It's a Queen Anne Victorian. It's almost four stories high. There are many complicated roof lines and a turret. An old chimney had to be removed. A turret finial (Eagle) had to be lowered to the ground so I could restore it. I was so proud that the guys got it safely back where it's been for 127 years. I would give Bone Dry more stars if I could. I highly recommend them.

The employee showed up Brad Bartlett was very polite and explain to me what he was going to do and how long it may take him to do it. He provided me with pictures as he progress. I was very satisfied with the end product looked very good as you can see from the photos.

They are the best! Very professional. The first time we used them was 9 years ago on our own home and have since used them on rental properties. We are located in the middle of open fields and the wind is very strong. If a shingle blows off, we call them and they come out and fix it. No charge. They guarantee their workmanship and products. Awesome!!

The best reviews start with Wow. Last spring was my five year inspection and everything was as good as new.When deciding on a new roof, I had quotes from 3 different companies. Bone Dry was one of those. While not the least expensive, the attention to detail, the quality of the material, and the 50 year transferable warranty stood out above the others. As a result, I went with Bone Dry and I have no regrets.The installation went as planned and everything has been great over these past 6 years. Definitely 5 star service.

From receiving our estimate, financing the project, to the very last shingle installation, Bone Dry was more than excellent.Dakota was very helpful and answered all of our questions during the estimate/financing period.The working crew was very professional, quick and clean. Keeping us updated every step of the way.Kyle and his crew removed old metal roofing, and set it aside in a nice pile for personal use upon our request, two layers of shingles under that, replaced a couple of vents, and removed two skylights and replaced bad decking. All in about 7-8 hours including cleanup.I will tell EVERYONE with roofing needs to look no further than Bone Dry.We received estimates from two other companies before choosing Bone Dry.From start to finish it was completely painless, excellent communication and customer service, and they definitely take pride in their craft.Aside from the beautiful new roof you couldn’t tell these guys were ever here. Great workmanship, skilled masons, completed job quickly & expertly. My chimney looks great. They showed up when they said they would. Kept me posted with pictures on the progress of the job. They cleaned everything up when the job was done. The guys were friendly & very polite. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional. They sent pictures of their work as it progressed. The quality and the final outcome was amazing. There was an unique problem with a water pump pipe. They came up with a solution and handled it. Amazing! I would hire them again. Bone dry assessed my roof and siding quickly and professionally. I was signed up and assigned a crew within a week and they communicated well throughout the process. The entire roof was done within a day and another half day for the siding. Crews were efficient, professional, and safety was always a top priority. Bone Dry Roofing is an absolutely fabulous company to work with. The entire process, from the estimate with Devin. to completion was great. Customer service is a dream. They kept me informed every step of the way including texting photos of who would be coming to my house. The crew supervisor, Austin, that came to install my roof was courteous and texted me photos throughout the process. They did a fantastic job with clean up. During a high wind event the fascia at the peak of our home came loose. I called Bone Dry Roofing because I had used them before when I had a leak in the roof and they had done an excellent job on the repairs. They sent a representative out to assess the damage and recommend an appropriate repair. They then scheduled a work crew to repair the fascia. I was then able to pay them through a secure portal link. We were out of town during this whole time so all correspondence was completed through phone and text conversations. They also sent pictures as repairs were completed. I greatly appreciated getting repairs completed without us being there. I will definitely use them again for future issues.

The day of roofing was on point…project manager Kyle was fantastic!! Kyle explained everything very well. He kept me posted with pictures of the process throughout the day. I can't believe I forgot to leave a review for this awesome company. It has been a while since the roof has been replaced but I remember it like it was yesterday. These folks were friendly and professional from quote to finish.The crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up like they weren't even their. I will continue to (and have) recommend them to family and friends.Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention I had them back to add some insulation to the attic and once again they proved why I keep calling them back. We became aware of a chimney problem that needed fixed immediately. We sought an estimate from another company and were quoted almost $9,000. Bone-Dry had worked on our neighbors house and so we called them. They were prompt in coming to inspect and give us estimate. They did our work for less than $4,000. They were very quick to do the work, extremely clean and respectful of our property, and kept us well informed of their arrival. We highly recommend this company. Our chimney is repaired and we are 100% satisfied with the work and the price.

We had some storm damage a couple months back and one of their guys came out in some truly awful weather after hours to emergency patch our hole. Later that week we got quotes on both a repair and a replacement. As we were due for a new roof within the next couple years, we decided to just go with the replacement. The Bone Dry team was extremely courteous and pleasant to work with on every level that we interacted with. After the job was done, they took extra care going over our yard for nails since we both garden and have a dog. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. Bone Dry always does great work and is FAST. They're also very easy to communicate with and provide supremely accurate estimates and straight answers to questions. We had them out to rebuild our chimney and fireplace years ago and they did such great work (and follow-up support) that they were our first choice to redo our siding, soffits, and gutters.

I was impressed with how thorough and interactive their assessment process is- seeing actual video of what they observed with good explanations of what the problems were and how their proposed solution would remedy it. Would definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. They live up to what I've heard about them and did a fantastic job installing the new roof. They laid tarp around the house, kept everything nice & clean, painted the exhaust pipes black to look better aesthetically, finished in about 6 hours and gave photo/text updates all throughout the day. Bone Dry went over and above to get a roofing repair done for me right away. They were punctual and no air nails…hand put new roofing back in the area that you can’t tell the difference from a 20year old roof. Never tried to take advantage and sell me a whole new roof…repaired what I needed. Excellant work; employees are very professional! The man took photos of what needed repairing on our roof, so we knew exactly what was going on. He made some very good suggestions about the skylight we were replacing. Also we had trim in some places on our home and garage that had, or was, falling off. They are very good at keeping within your budget. They were always available (or responded quickly) to answer our questions. Office staff are very nice also. Would definetly use them again, and recomment you do too!

Bone Dry came out to look at a leak in my roof. I was afraid I might get told I need a new roof. They told us we still had 3 to 5 years left on the roof and that we could just go with a repair. They quoted a reasonable price and had it completed in just a few days.
