Roof shopping can be overwhelming. I have been told by other companies that my roof is difficult due to being steep on the main part and a pain on the my back portion due to it being flat. Two companies straight up told me they would not help because of one or the other but if they did their quote was outrageous to avoid helping. Bran's owner came out and agreed it was difficult but they'd be happy to help. He was also very straight forward with me on his suggestions which I really appreciated. His team replaced the flat roof and garage in 2021 and I held off on the main roof until 2023. I called him up again and he remembered working with me. Due to the time I called- he tried his best to get me in last fall but the weather and previous orders before me he couldn't make it work. Because he couldn't get out and my concern of leaks, he was able to at least winterize for me. Come this Spring- weather was again very uncooperative but I was on the top of his list. His team was great again and my roof is now complete and looks great. This work is not easy nor cheap but even with that in mind- he was able to work with my budget. I was very happy to work with them again.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!I gave 1 star because I could not give zero stars.I had to call Bran Roofing several times to get a call back and schedule an estimate. That should have been a clue. After I got the estimate and made a down payment it continued to be difficult to contact them, When I did get a response I received broken promise after broken promise when he would start the job. Once winter hit it was too cold and I had a roof leak so was forced to hire someone else and have a metal roof installed. The Owner made several broken promises to return the down payment. In January at small claims court he admitted he owed the money and was ordered to return the down payment with interest. To date the down payment has not been returned. Back to court we will go.Had I checked reviews I would have not made that 1st call. Lessons learned.

We had Bran Roofing replace our roof this week and they did a fantastic job! We hired them last fall and they came out early this spring as promised and completed the work. The final bill was exactly what we were quoted and the team did a great job cleaning up after they left. Bran Roofing will take care of you!

Recently had to have our roof partially replaced. Had to wait a while because they were busy but it was worth that wait. The work was completed in minimal time, workers were courteous , and efficient (very little waste). Clean-up was performed with care, checking and rechecking the area for for debris. The shrubbery and hvac unit were all covered to minimize any damage, which was none. Very pleased withBran Roofing and will call on them again if needed. WELL DONE GUYS!!

Previous roof had quite a bit of damage but Kevin and crew made it all good again and only in a day's time. Only found a couple nails days later but that's to be expected. They came in almost half of what others quoted in which I was a little leary but the final result spoke for itself. They did a great jobService: Roof repair

We had a roof completed in 2018 with Bran Roofing with a 30 year warranty.We recently noticed water leaking into our sunroom, I sent a text message to Kevin on 10/14 requesting that he have someone come out to take a look. He said possible by the end of the following week, which was ok with us. On 10/26 I sent a text to Kevin because rain was scheduled for that week and didn't want it to get worst then it already was. On 11/2 I asked again about having someone come out to look. On a Saterday 11/2/23 Kevin shows up unannounced and took a look at the roof and said I see where it might be leaking, I'll get a guy out. On 11/22 I again sent a text to Kevin to see when he might be comming out. He respond we are just getting final repairs done for the winter should be anytime. On 12/6 I once again sent a text along with pictures of our ceil with BLACK Mold. He asked if I have had the ceiling fixed ?? What a stupid question. He then proceed to tell me that he will have guy here then following day. Gee guess what no one showed up. I asked Kevin what happened too his guy and he said "No Clue" thought he was going to work today. So today is 12/8 and I have not receivec any call or text from Kenin concerning no only our leak but the Black Mold. It will cost us over $1500.00 to have the ceil fixed and the Black Mold removed from the insulation.

Had a roof put on by this company and besides making several phone calls to report that their personal was drinking on the job. Leaving beer cans in the gutters. Terrible job. Would not recommend for roofing job...

Do not recommend for a roofer... He asked for more money after work was done and I had a written and signed contract...he won't even discuss my complaint with attorney general after he was complained about to them......

Sept. of 2022, we had Bran Roofing do a complete tear-off and new roof. Ours was leaky in a few spots and I wanted it replaced before putting it on the market. They did an estimate promptly. Kevin was the one who walked me through the process. We now live out of state and are in the area sporadically; he was very accommodating, even offering to have us drop off a deposit late on a Friday. Once they had an opening in their schedule (about a month wait, which he told me up front), the work was done EXTREMELY fast.Perhaps the most important thing to me was the neatness. My son went around and checked for nails and they did a PERFECT cleanup. I have never seen anyone do such an impeccable job. This might not be noteworthy to some but if you have pets or kids who run around barefoot, it's an important consideration.The roof is beautiful and three months and lots of snow, wind and rain later, we are quite pleased to give Bran Roofing our highest recommendation.Service: Roof installation

Had a new roof installed in fall of 2018. Slow to respond to scheduling however I accepted that they were busy. Paid 1/2 down at scheduling however took several months to get it done. 6 months later had a huge leak in foyer causing damage to ceiling, came out quickly and said they fixed the leak but never did anything to the damaged ceiling. Six months later discovered that there was a leak in the attic that appears to have been ongoing since the installation. Called them, sent text messages and emailed, no response. Finally after threatening to file suit, they did contact me and sent someone to look at it. Confirmed that it was leaking and that there was damage to the decking, would be out in 2 weeks. Two weeks, two months and more went with nothing. Once again, same process to get them to respond, claimed I had the wrong number for them even though I still have all text messages and number is same to this day. Last October finally came out again and said they had a lot of jobs scheduled but confirmed leak, damage to decking and possibly an issue with the installation on the front porch, but assured me that there was fix for it that wasn't invasive and involved being able to replace the small area of decking and shingles, but assured me it would be done and apologized for the delay. Well October of 2021 has now become April of 22 and still no repair, no response to text messages or voicemails left for them. Terrible customer service, poor response and shady work. I will seek legal remedy now, I am left with no choice. I paid them the $13k promptly and expect them to be as prompt standing behind their work.Service: Roof installation

I have been calling and no return calls. I would not recommend them, they are not interested in how they treat people. More interested in the race track is what I feel. I have left multiple message to business phone and to owners cell with no calls back. I need paperwork for insurance, and they won't reply,. They let nails in my yard and ran my plants over.Service: Roof repair

After waiting 2 months after promised date, no communication from business once they finally came they tore up my yard and my neighbors. Took a week to get completed and once completed at the first rain my roof leaked. Went on the roof to find they have broken siding and attempted to glue it back on with liquid flex seal type sealant. Called to have them come and they state that isn't there problem after paying them they don't care and will not fix what they broke. Well I don't know , they came out and give me an estimate back in early or mid May I think or was it April. Give them half down for two different roofs they did the one which was an easy lay over job but haven't been back to my house since so we'll see what happens. Yeah I know it's been raining a lot but at least give me a phone call saying hey Bill we're sorry but we're backed up and here is a more reasonable date when we can come out something like that.

They came out right away to tarp my roof after it was damaged in a windstorm. I got an estimate right away too but when we discovered the insurance would only pay for repairs and not to replace the roof, they did not return my calls until I told them I had figured out a way to put on a whole new roof. Now my roof is leaking and I’m back to not being able to get in touch with them. I was told in April someone would come and take a look at it but I’m still waiting…😩Service: Roof installation

Kevin was awesome! He responded to all my texts answering any question I had. He was great with the estimate, only roofer out of 4 to actually get on roof and check it out. Crew came when they told me they would, finished the job timely. Respectful workers kept my yard clean and paid extra attention at cleanup to remove all debris. Great price!

Bran Roofing review : Spring is coming and time to roof is almost here. This is review of Bran Roofing Company located on 22085 Riley Rd, Lakeville, IN 46536. Bran roofing came to roof my house and number of workers showed up to reroof my house. They completed roofing job in one day and they cleaned up all debris before they left . I started noticing problems week later. They broke the outdoor light shade . I called Bran and he said that it was not broken . He did not go up ladder and check the light . I start looking closer at Brans Roofing job and found that weather vane was put backward and on an angle . West was pointing East. The garage chimney support was removed and was put back on angle. Now I have chimney on an angle. I ended up paying someone to take down outdoor light before it crash down and broke. I Repaired the light. So far the roofing has held up .Service: Roof installation

I retained him in July. He took my $5000 and said if we had any trouble, they would come and fix it. We have shingles blowing off. A month ago they said they would be here in 2 weeks. No show. Tried to get someone else but they won't return our money! I heard they are good, but they sure need to improve their communication skills!!!

Got the roof done a couple months later than expected, but they showed up today and got it done efficiently and professionally. The only way you could even tell that they were even here is a beautiful looking new roof.

The details down to raking and taking a magnetic roller around the house really impressed my wife because of our two little granddaughters playing outside. Had the back side of my house done...but before he started my bathroom did not leak..after he put the roof on the bathroom started leaking..husband as called and called he tells my husband that he will be out but nobody has showed up at all. We are going to get a lawyer.

They schedule times to come give you a quote and then don’t show up. Then gave a quote to my mother in law on repairing her roof. Then never showed up to perform repair. Terrible customer service!
