To say they were on time, is an understatement. They were QUICK and did an amazing job! My roof is absolutely beautiful. I expected a month or 2 before the project was even started and it took less than 2 weeks from the time I talked to Steve for an estimate, the measurement of my roof to be completed, and bam the whole roof was completed in ONE day! Unbelievable and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jacob has also been a great communicator with the whole process! perfection did a wonderful job on my house. It was a difficult job with 2 domers, a fireplace chimney and a skylight to work around. Went through all weather and so far this spring with all it's heavy winds without any sign of issues.

The gutter crew came out 4 days later as this was Easter weekend and had the gutters in exceptionally quick. We are very pleased with the product and service. After asking around a friend recommended Perfection home repairs their price was the lowest I could find so I went ahead and gave them a call. They were quick with the estimate, easy to deal with, the roof guys were super friendly and I couldn't believe how high quality the metal was, its way thicker than the samples I saw shopping around. The installation crew was quick, very friendly and literally did a perfect job AND cleaned up every scrap as they went. I'm super happy I chose these guys, they transformed my roof in a day and cleaned up every single piece of scrap 10 stars 🌟 good people too, highly recommended.

Great company. The salesman Brad was very informative. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed. Within one week I had a new roof. It looks awesome and the new gutters top off the roof addition. At completion, the gutter guy Dan, walked around the house with me for a final inspection. Everything looks great and I've had many of my neighbors comment on how nice the new roof looks. Perfection may be doing some more business in Rensselaer.

We had an awesome experience from start to finish. The gentleman who came out was an owner and did a thorough explanation of their story, what the next steps would be, and saying it could even be completed same week! Wow! We signed the contract, the next day someone came out to measure and the day after the roof was installed.Everyone involved has been so very nice. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

The salesman Brad came out to give me an estimate. He showed me the screw free roof and I was sold on it. The price was good as well. The installers did an excellent 2 day efficient job and cleared away all debree efficiently as well. I'm very impressed at how my roof looks now. Awesome job!! Very happy with the product and service. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

These folks were amazing. From the time I contacted them to the time My roof was in place was about two week turnaround. They were super courteous to your needs and questions. Bought an old pole barn to store some treasures (wife says junk). The roof was an old screw down type, it had seen some better days. I called around, but only got the run around. Then I called Perfection. They answered the phone, were polite, set a time to meet with me, and showed up!!! Wow, some people still want to work.Brad came out, funny dude, walked me through the process. Evidently they custom build all the parts for perfect fit. And Perfection's quote was about 2k less than the (site unseen) phone quote from the other company. Perfection was an easy choice.Installers were great, worked with me on where to park to not screw up my lawn. Even advised me to take the old metal in for recycling. Not a ton of money, but I would have just asked them to remove from property. When they were done, the roof looked great. And I ended up adding gutters. Now I don't have pig pin around the perimeter.Thank Perfection~Pete

Their business was under another name Perfection Home Remodeling but they filed bankruptcy and opened a new business. So my double lifetime warranty is now Null and void because the company no longer existsStay away from this sham company
