I found this business via a Google search for tree trimming, and immediately selected them for their 5-Star rating and excellent reviews, also noting they are family owned. My home is in the Carmel/Westfield area so they weren’t local and assumed they might not come this far, but I called anyway.Brock Cross responded immediately to my message, confirming that they would be able to service my area, offering to come early the next week to give an estimate. Unfortunately, I needed the estimate and work to be done like yesterday as I was leaving town in 2 days and was wanting to get my house ready to sell before I left. I also shared that I had chosen them based on their excellent reviews and appreciated businesses who really provide quality work at reasonable prices.The owner, Brock Cross promptly agreed to make time immediately at was at my home within the hour to provide a quote, which I accepted and then they came back the very next day to do the work.They arrived right on time with all the right stuff to do the job. Impressively organized, they got right to it. Brock reconfirmed expectations and continued to check in as the work was being done. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The results were truly outstanding, accomplishing exactly what I needed. They cleaned up beautifully after they were done and I am so pleased with absolutely every aspect of my experience with Cross Cut Tree Service.I highly recommend this business as good work at a good price is hard to come by. Brock Cross and his team including Davis towing came out and removed a giant tree that fell on my roof due to a storm. They came out quickly and their work was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I will definitely be using them for future tree work needs that I may have. Hired this company to remove one very large tree and several small ones . Agreed on the price they quoted. They worked for several hours and then decided they didn’t want to remove the largest tree we needed removed and left huge piles of giant logs scattered everywhere. Not even neatly stacked like every other company we have worked for has done. Did not respond to requests to come finish what they had been paid well to complete. Would not recommend.

I moved to a home last year (2022) on a wooded lot. It had many dead/hollowed trees encircling my home. Cut Cross, a local family owned business, removed 8+ trees. The entire crew was polite, professional and arrived on time. Great skill set to down so many trees without any damage to other trees or my home.They cleaned up and stacked the wood in 4 ft lengths, so friends of mine could haul the wood away. This spring (2023), they cut down two more trees and topped and trimmed 9 more. It was amazing to see them work. They chipped most of the wood, raking and cleaning up the yard. Again they cut the wood into 4 ft lengths to accommodate the family taking the firewood. Once again I was impressed, they arrived on time both days and finished the job early. They moved my heavy lawn furniture to protect it and then replaced the lawn furniture to it's original spots. Now I have sunlight in my back yard. Once again, Cross Cut did a great job. The storm a few weeks ago did significant damage-large mature downed trees and nearly downed ones that needed taken down. Brock and his crew took care of all of it, cleaned everything up, chipped it and left the mulch for me. He was quick to respond, to come to give the estimate and to return for the work. The job was done safely and professionally. I would recommend him and will call him again if the need arises. Thank you!

We had Brock and his crew take down several trees in our back yard. They were on time, got to work and had everything taken care of without any issues. I like that Brock was responsive. We had a few other tree services last summer that we tried to get out and get this job done, and they all flaked. Brock returned my initial call very quickly, and we had an initial meeting set up within the hour. Brock listened to what we needed, made suggestions when necessary, and in the end everything was done as we discussed. Great job Cross Cut Tree Services! Thank You for the job well done.

Contacted Cross Cut midday inquiring about their services. heard from them that evening and met the next day on our new home lot. Brock and his wife arrived and we surveyed our lot for the things I needed done. He was very patient and questioning so that he completely understood what I wanted. He provided me with a written quote that evening before they left.A week later, after two days work, the job was finished above and beyond what I expected with no cost addons.Great work!! We had a large tree in our front yard that we felt had become unsafe. We could see a hole at the base of the tree indicating that it was probably hollow. We became concerned, so called Brock to see if he could come give us an estimate..he called back very quickly, which impressed me. He came out that same day to give me an estimate. I appreciated his quick response.D ecided to go ahead with taking down the tree. Brock came out, and within 5 days he had it cut down removed and out of here! Was very pleased with a job well done. They had it down very quicky . Would highly recommend these guys
