I have used Jett Insurance for years. Recently, I had to update a couple of things on my policy one was my address. They got it wrong. Could be an honest mistake. No, when I got the first piece of mail with the wrong address on it, I called and informed them. We were getting mail from them with our correct address, then out of nowhere, they called my husband and asked why they were getting returned mail? They never properly updated it. Most of the people you speak to there are rude. Try to rush you off the phone. Etc. They do have good rates for insurance, but their customer service used to be better, though.

I have been insured through jett Insurance for going on 9 years, and I have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with the company and Jetts awesome staff! I appreciate that I can call the office and only have to push 1 number, and I'm instantly connected to a REAL person who always has the answers or information I need. They will truly work on getting you an affordable quote even if they have to try several different angecies. I'm a long time costumer that plans to stay a long time costumer!

Worse company I’ve ever gone through. I paid the fee ($500) and 4 months of insurance. 2 months later I got a text saying my insurance was going to be cancelled if I didn’t pay but they had the wrong name on it. After a couple of days I finally got through to someone who finally realized I was paid up on the insurance. So Aug 3rd comes around and the payment is taken out just fine September comes and i don’t hear anything until September 17th saying I owe the payment so I immediately text back asking why my payment wasn’t taken out and get no response I call multiple times with no response so I figured it was another mistake. Oct 1st and they call stating I need to pay them $168 for a reinstatement fee plus the $385 because my insurance was canceled and then it would be due again on the 14th. I was like what???? I called multiple times and u wait for the insurance to Laps then give me a call so you can obviously make more money off of people. Then to make things even better today I called to just have them send the BMV proof that I had insurance June 2nd and they say oh that costs a fee if you want us to send the BMV proof of insurance. It’s an email and why am I paying a fee for you to do your job??? Also if you go through them don’t expect them to do there job if your ever in an accident. They will not do anything. You will be the one making phone calls to the people involved in the wreck and there insurance company and then will have to call jet with the information you got from the other insurance company and then you have to keep doing this until they finally decide that you’ve done there job well enough and then approve the payment. This place is a scam.

They are very reasonable but they also have the tendency not to forward your payment on to your actual insurance provider it has happened to myself my fiancee and a couple friends in the last ten years total not a very good business practice and to top it off they don't return the money to you

This company has went down hill bad in the last 20 years. I would not recommend this agency. They seem to have one bad apple ruining the batch. She will go out of her way to increase rates and speak to you like trash. Even after 20 years with this company I had to switch bc of her. Great owner just bad associate. Went from an A+ to an F.

I paid my insurance premium on Nov 8 2021due by Nov 12 2021 called in to confirm my payment they failed to pay progressive I had a small fender bender I thought I was covered until the officer called progressive to verify my insurance and found out I was cancelled due to non payment I lost my car my license my job due to loss of transportation and they never even refunded my payment it was under my legal name Shara Stevens in New Castle In go with anyone but Jett they may be cheaper and that just confirmed the old adage you get what you pay for

I drip my homeowners insurance and vehicle insurance coverage to go to another insurer. I wanted it cheaper the agent I work with now informed me I didn't have enough coverage on my house and said it was junk. I called Jett to cancel the agent begged me he could lower rate I said I don't want it Kept on me about it until he your agent must know what he is doing. He has in insurance for 20 years.He was very rude her

Best insurance company around. My rates were raised considerably at Contract renewal this past year and they were very eager and successful in getting my insurance payment down the lowest possible. I buy all my insurance through them for all my vehicles and for my rental property. Never had one issue.

Each time the phone was answered, they were very kind and professional. I spoke with Vanessa to start my business with Jett Insurance Agency. She is absolutely phenomenal! Well I'm undecided because I haven't been there yet I talked to him on the phone she was already to take my credit card over the phone I haven't seen a policy I don't know nothing about it and I'm not changing insurance until I do so we're not doing it like that best thing I can tell you to do is go over there and look at your policy
