I found these guys by chance. But then again, nothing happens by chance. I found a great group of people that love what they do and do it well. We needed some roof repair on our home but our roof was old, so we decided to replace it with metal and have our deck covered and new gutters also. I'M So glad we did. After a few different estimates for this project, we went with BVR and are happy with it. The work was good and the materials as well. This project was hard to visualize because our roof was not a steep pitch and is not a common profile, they figured it out and got it done. Joe and Dillon were always available for questions and worked with us on scheduling and details we requested that means a lot . Their crews showed up and were professional. I reached out to BVR to check our roof for possible hail damage. Joe came out right away to assess the damage. He took detailed pictures with measurements and descriptions for me to provide to my insurance provider. I didn't have much of a notice from my property adjuster on when he would be coming out to inspect my roof, but Joe was able to adjust his schedule to make sure he could go over everything he found with him. Once insurance approved the claim, BVR reached out to me and said they would be at our house the following Monday. The roofing crew had the old roof tore off, the new roof on and everything picked up by 12:30. The folks from BVR provided a replacement roof estimate that same day that we called. They handled all issues with the insurance company due to the hail damage. Work for a house and a detached garage was completed in one day. Very pleased with their work and with their responsiveness.
