Recently purchased a Lifehouse home and my wife and I genuinely believe they are a fantastic company. From the start we were impressed that their website listed actual prices on options. During our search we talked with builders who wouldn’t even provide room dimensions, so we really appreciated how upfront the whole presentation was.The whole process truly was a great experience. We dealt with their realtor, Lynn Palmer and their preferred lender, Joe Spies. Both excellent and professional people to deal with. Todd also was great to work with: down to Earth and honest. Dealing with people who want to do right by people makes all the difference, and this group truly does just that.The home itself we absolutely love. We bought a cottage and couldn’t be happier with the layout and craftsmanship. We repeatedly find things where Lifehouse could have taken a shortcut or cheaper route, but didn’t. From Ethernet run throughout, bedroom fan hookups pre- run and ready to roll, high quality sump pumps, pre-cut opening for attic stairs, and garbage disposal ready to install with a pre-installed switched outlet… really has been nice to be able to easily install upgrades on our own as we go. While these may seem like small items, other builders don’t do these things: you want these you either upgrade at the outset or do all the work yourself. Lifehouse genuinely seems intent on providing a good home and treating people right.Service: Home building

Prior to moving back to the area, I lived 2.5 hours away and they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for the selection meeting and walk thru of the home. Quality is a top priority and they truly strive to make their customers happy. I cannot thank them enough for making a dream come true and building a beautiful home that I can be proud of. Lifehouse Homes builds a great home. The whole process from the first meeting to the closing was seamless. Rob stuck to his word on everything and you can tell his heart is with making sure the customer is happy. He was very clear on everything from the start and I didn't have any questions through the process. His contract is very clear and I never questioned that he was hiding anything. Rob provided our family a beautiful home that met and exceeded our expectations and needs. There are so many packages and items (that would be an upgrade elsewhere) to choose from and were able to also add appliances to our home so it was there at closing, making the moving process a breeze. We appreciated the constant communication, builder app that was provided, and updates about our home and status when asked. Any hiccups were quickly brought up and resolved during the building process as well. We received a giant binder at closing that provided information needed including warranties and other useful information that you wouldn’t think about to ask throughout the move in process. Purchased the model home in latitude 90 days ago. Home is beautiful; however, driveway is cracking after only 3 months of occupancy. Reached out to Todd Harbrecht the developer, with no response. Unfortunately that we will have to seek legal ramification as this is a big deal having the driveway cracking in multiple places.Service: Home building

These guys know how to build a home. They were transparent on every fact, and step that we went over. We bought a prefab spec home that was almost built. It was a seamless process and their homes are built for life! They use quality materials, they are patient with you, they respond to all your emails quick and professionally. If you are looking for a builder that is honest, upfront, reasonably priced and great at communicating then Lifehouse Homes is the builder for you. They were the only builder in NWI we could find that had all of their prices on their website so you could get an idea of how much your build would cost before even talking to them. Rob and his team were able to navigate through the major headache of a global pandemic and supply chain shortage and continued to build our home against all odds. If a problem presented itself Rob handled it right away. He does anything and everything in his power to keep the building process on track. To top it all off they launched a new app where you can follow all of the progress on your home and communicate with the company straight from the app. We are very excited to start living in our new Lifehouse Home. My wife and I are extremely happy that we chose Lifehouse to build our home. Todd is very easy to work and communicate with and he has the homebuilding process down to a science. On the day we signed the construction contract, he gave us an "estimated date of completion". Wouldn't you know it, we signed the closing paperwork on that day thanks to good luck, good weather and expert planning by Todd.The entire process was simple, the house was delivered exceeding our expectations and there were no hidden costs or surprise budget overruns. I cannot say enough good things. Our ONLY regret is that we didn't find Lifehouse sooner!

Lifehouse Homes, not only offers a variety of floor plans, but their "many standard features options" would be considered upgrades with other builders. They use quality materials and skilled workers, yet their homes are very reasonably priced. If you happen to purchase, after construction has begun, as I did, no need worry, as their interior designs are beautiful. The continous updates, provided by the builders, were refreshing as well as completion dates remaining on schedule. A "detailed" walk through occurs a few days before closing. The owners are professional and politely direct, with no hidden surprises. Overall, by choosing Lifehouse Homes, you will have a sense of relief knowing your home will be well built. Having a new home should come with no worries right? Not with Lifehouse! Had to have our furnace and duct work cleaned because this builder didn’t want to properly protect these from construction dirt and debris. Vents were covered in drywall and the blown in insulation. Just another used car salesman in my opinion.

I was completely happy with my home, very excited as well because I was able to take my own floor plans. Well, two years later a house pops up just like mine, now another one only house away and another three houses from there... pretty irritated. I took my own floor plan in because I wanted a different home from all the others, had I known several others would have been built after that with the floor plans that I took In, I doubt I would have built there ...I love the house don’t get me wrong, everyone that’s been here love the little details! And Loved working with you above all- especially after some neighbors with other builders have nonstop ongoing issues! I’m sure it’s my fault seeing as I didn’t ask! It’s not that the floor plan was used- i just wasn’t expecting to see three of them next to me-

Very attentive builder. You can tell there is alot of pride and ownership in this company. Which has resulted in a very stylish and we'll built home. Homes are an investment and this one should hold or even exceed its value .This is not the the typical cookie cutter quality of other companies.Definitely encourage anyone looking for a builder, look at Lifehouse first.
