I interviewed 4 different companies before finally choosing stormy ridge they were competitively priced for the quality and craftsmanship that they were offering in comparison to lesser expensive companies I was blown away by their knowledge and the availability of being able to roll out 71 foot long single pieces to ensure as little seams in the roof as possible. From the sales team to the installation everybody we encountered was top of the line Respectful knowledgeable Several times throughout the project the crew leader approached me with some stuff he was not happy about and informed me that he would be taking it down and redoing it Without even having to be asked. Elmer and his crew are the best! Elmer was very responsive from the time I called to get an appointment to the time he was sitting in our living room explaining the process and showing us the product. He wasn't in a hurry to sell us a product and just get our money. He really took the time to know what we wanted and show us all the options available to us. I really enjoyed the way he kept in contact with my husband throughout the process. His crew was very curious, on time and did a great job while on the property. Elmer came back to our home for us to sign the warranty and brought a beautifully made custom cutting board with our names and a scripture on the back. Very professional and when we have more work done we will be calling Stormy Ridge to do the work.
