I have used Right Away HVAC for the past 10 yrs First interaction with Keith Barrett, owner, was when I managed an apartment community here in Greenfield, and He did all my HVAC work… now I am a homeowner, and still use him when I have a need. He and his crew have always done a stellar job and are prompt, knowledgeable, and have supplies on their trucks, and never leave a mess. i highly recommend them!

We called Right-A-Way on a Thursday evening and it was only 45 minutes before Keith was at our door. He diagnosed the problem ( which unfortunately was a bad compressor in A/C unit ) we discussed options to replace full HVAC system. Keith gave me an estimate of replacement, fair price and we agreed. He placed the order on Friday and called me and told me it couldn’t be delivered till Monday. Keith, Tony, & Freddie showed up Monday morning at 8:00 very professional, replaced whole HVAC system and we could not be more pleased that we chose Right-A-Way and would recommend anyone to use them for all their heating and cooling needs. WOW! To find someone this reliable, honest and actually resolved the problem the same day. In this day and age that is amazing. My dad is an old Vietnam Vet and Retired welder and refuses to get help from anyone but he is getting older and finally caved in.Called due to a problem with his AC. They came out a few hours later. Talked us through all the problems and solutions thoroughly, and had the fix that day. Plus gave us a break on the service charge. He was SOO impressed. I had a very unique situation that required a professional to finish a install which involved brazing the copper lines to a new evaporator coil run from a existing ac condenser and a system vaccum with a complete recharge. After being seting appointments with Simpson heating and cooling, serenity hvac, Tim Looper they were all no call no show the setting a new appointment with all of them I was blown off again! SUMMERS HEATING AND COOLING QUOTED ME $1400. I also called 5 other HVAC places and never heard anything back!Finally I found Rite A Way. Called on Monday came out on Tuesday to evaluate job came back same day and completed it. They are awesome it was during beginning of busy season to. They have my business for life. They flooded my ductwork. Had the A/C unit turned up too high. Water blew past the "A" coils causing black mold to grow in the ductwork due to neglect to remediate. Had to leave my home due to pleurisy three times. They denied accountability for the problem they caused. I am now homeless thanks to this company. Had to hire a lawyer and need to call channel 8 problem solvers. Can't go in my home of 23 years ( never had a problem until this unit went in) now without a respirator.Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
