Perfection! Took me about a month to get the three estimates I needed and we definitely picked the right roofing contractor to replace the tornado damaged roof on our home. I would definitely by far recommend Lyons Roofing to anyone who asked me about roofing needs. I did my homework and the Google reviews just as you are and I can confirm this is a straight forward company.Communication, cleanliness, respect, workmanship exceeded my expectations.Proper installation per the manufacturers recommendations for the shingles we choose were met as this is important for any later warranty repairs. I am giving Lyons Roofing 5 stars but they deserve 10! Their work is exceptional and they use premium quality materials. Josh was very helpful, respectful and informative. The removal of my old roof was done quickly and neatly. Old shingles were stacked on the roof and hand carried to the dumpster! No mess in the yard! The office staff is A+. We could not be happier. If you are looking for an exceptional roofing company, look no further!

Lyons roofing were a pleasure to work with. I had a great estimator that responded quickly when I needed to know how much it would cost to repair my roof. Insurance had determined that I had storm damage. Lyons provided an acceptable quote and when I got on their schedule they were very good at keeping me updated on the progress towards the day my roof would be installed. Installation took 2 days and their crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves so well it was hard to find anything out of place afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased w Lyons. I recommend them to anyone I know who is thinking about reroofing. Salem IN had a tornado go through in August, only 3 days after my husband died. My house was damaged, including roof damage.Lyons personnel were understanding, helped me w everything, taking care of so many of the details that were overwhelming at the time.I really am thankful for my daughter recommending them- she had previously had them work on her roof and she was impressed, too.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Lyons Roofing. We contracted them to put Certainteed Carriage House shingles on our home a few months ago. Unfortunately, once the shingles were all but installed, we found defects intermingled throughout the roof. We halted installation and called the manufacturer. The representative for Certainteed, Mark Federico, and Adriel from Lyons came out immediately and determined that all the new shingles would have to be removed and replaced. Mark worked through all the details for us so efficiently and was just super to work with. There was a waiting process for the new shingles, but the finished product on our home is absolutely stunning and beautiful. We love our new shingles!A big shout out of thanks to Chris Mefford. Chris was there throughout the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly even when they didn't. He followed everything through to the end and kept us informed the entire time. He was efficient, reliable and a great asset all the way around. Everyone from Lyons was so helpful, thorough and reliable. Adriel was awesome and the crew they sent did a fantastic job from install to cleanup. They were respectful of our home and our property. We just couldn't ask for more.Lyons also replaced the roof on my son's home and garage during the same timeframe as ours. Again, Chris was there to oversee it all, and the end result was awesome. With all the storms we've had this year, we had some concerns about our roof. We knew we had a leak for certain. We had a couple different companies come out, but Lyons came highly recommended from multiple people. We wondered if we would need an entirely new roof. Lyons told us that we didn't. That likely the insurance company wouldn't approve it and they wouldn't do it for their own home. I respect that a lot. They had an opportunity to sell us big and a lot of companies probably would have tried. We needed a repair. They gave us a very reasonable price that was half of what another company wanted to charge for the same thing. We agreed to the contract and even as busy as they are, they took care of it within two weeks. When I do need a new roof, Lyons will be the only call I make.

Lyons finished my roof a few weeks ago. The crew worked incredibly hard and did a great job. The weather didn't cooperate but they were steadfast getting the job completed. My rep DJ Zipp was quick and efficient. Gave us lots of color options and answered all of our questions. Lyons roofing was the company that installed the roof in my 2018 house. A storm blew 4 shingles from my roof (not the first time , but the builder repaired the first few times, low quality installation). When I contacted Lyons they told me their minimum repair services cost was $500 and literally told me to go find a handy man to do the job. The insurance adjuster estimate was $147. Very poor customer service.

We had some serious damage to our roof after the hail storm this year. Within a week Lyons was at my house for an estimate and two weeks after that they were working on the roof. They were super professional, clean, and after the roof was completed they came back to make sure we were happy with the work. Lyon’s Roofing suggested repairs (we were totally expecting to hear we needed a whole new roof) and the repairs took care of the problem just as the said it would. We expected we would be put on the back burner as they weren’t going to make a lot of money at our home. But they scheduled us within a week and showed up exactly as promised! They also did a wonderful job cleaning up after the repairs.So, when it came time for a full new roof, we didn’t hesitate to call Lyon’s Roofing again. Lyons Roofing repaired a leak I had with my dryer exhaust vent. The dryer exhaust is vented through my roof, and the area around the vent was leaking into my utility room. They came out, identified the issue, & made the repair in a timely manner. They showed up at the appointed time & had the repair completed very quickly. The price I was quoted was very fair & reasonable. I will definitely contact them again in the future for any roofing needs I have.
