I come here for the free kids workshops. My son loves building them. They have the paint. It's a fun little project for kids that free once a month.

We had a great visit to Home Depot. Ms R Jones helped us with a return and repurchase with efficiency, kindness and humor (we love fun people). We had help from a few other employees who were all very helpful and friendly. Just a really terrific adventure in retail on a Saturday. Great crew Ryan and Leonard!

Getting sick and tired of not having anybody in the paint department. 4 times in a row it's been empty! Love the Behr paint. Considering going to ace and getting Benjamin Moore. It's a shame because we buy a ton of paint there.

Came in with my husband to order blinds. Halley helped us, she was super helpful. Halley help us find the right blinds and got someone to come to the house to help with the rest of our home. Christina was so friendly on the way to check out. Christina made us a key an offered us their credit card. Dan was very helpful, told me how to take care of my tree at home. I loved the experience, thank you to whomever is doing the hiring and training. You all have a great team!

They label their items wrong and all the items will be labeled the same price but then tell you it’s not that price but one that’s higher and won’t honor the price they have it listed as. Definitely check the prices of there tool chests because that was my issue.

Went to pick up a rental truck.. Sherri and Sandra were the two associates at the counter. Not only did they not care to greet me, when I said hello to them they both spoke amongst themselves first. After a few seconds of them trying to figure out who's going to assist me, Sherri seems to have unwillingly accepted the task. Well after starting the process they realized that the truck I was supposed to get had a car hauler attached to it, which I didn't request. Sherri stated that it's not her job to remove the car hauler because she doesn't work for Penske. After over an hour of waiting to figure out who's going to remove the car hauler from the truck, they finally got another associate to do it. Not once did they think to apologize for the inconvenience and not once did they even attempt to smile or display some sort of customer service. They definitely need retraining which is sad because Sandra is one of the managers.

Awful customer service. I asked a gentleman for help with lumber. He told me he would be there as soon as he was done, stocking the shelf and never came. I left and went to Lowe’s very happy I did. They were cheaper and much more helpful.

Have gone here a handful of times with my infant in tow only to go on a wild goose chase for products they say they have in stock but don’t. Employees have no idea what’s going on. Have left empty handed almost every time. Very unimpressed. Menards from now on

Apparently they do not do rebates anymore, even though when I bought a fridge over 2K I was told to do it online and not even 2 weeks later they don't do them anymore. I will now go to Menards forever.

Did an online order to pick up. I got the notification my order was ready so I went to the store. I was at the store for 2 hours and no one could find my order. I walked every isle and found it partially pulled in the shelving isle. I had to load all the lumber myself as the associates intentionally walked by careful to not make eye contact with me. I have never seen anything like it. Loading heavy sheets of plywood I scratched my arm all up and pulled my back. When I finally got checked out I had to ask the clerk to page someone to help me load. Two minutes into helping he asks what time it was because he had to clock out at 5pm or he gets in trouble. So stop helping a customer to save 5 minutes of paid time. Home Depot has really changed and completely gotten away from any kind of customer service. I blows my mind how a company this bad has gotten so big. Not to mention the lumber I got was soaked and covered in sap.

I just bought new house and visited Home Depot several times. Every time I had great experience, employees were helpful and very nice. I want to thank especially Rita at customer service - she spent a lot of time with me, patiently placing my order, and Ivory N. - he was super nice helping me with my wire shelves, cutting them to exact size, looking for tools, and being very nice and understanding. Thank you!

Compared to Menard's I saw a lot of smiling employees who were helpful. I know it's expensive and times are difficult but it is nice to see smiling faces and encountering someone who wants to be helpful. Please smile and be kind because that person can be having a worse day then you. Be kind..

There are people who sometimes goes out and beyond , two of them are Marshall and Lynn. I needed a can light ,aka spotlight for a painting at home on display but I have to improvise. Lynn made sure someone will help me out, and that was Marshall who helped figure out my need . Kudos to both 👏

Amazing plant selection! Went there for a planter, walked out with 4 plants, 3 planters and a visa bill to pay lol. Really a great selection of plants, look them over as some have been there a while and need a special touch but most are in great condition... And I came home with them but no bugs!

Bought a 2pk door stops. Didn't find them by the normal spot. Was looking for the rubber type. Found them in a totally different spot from like items. Price change was not completed because the top pegs were old price and lower price obviously had been raised. They honored the correct price without question.

I needed help with some vinyl fascia and I asked an employee that was sitting at the desk in the home improvement center. She was on her phone and was put out that I asked her a question. She made me feel like I should just walk out of the store. Totally useless employee and experience. I did walk out btw.

When I compare the big box hardware stores from many years of experience as a licensed journeyman plumber, with that said I think Home depot hires retired tradesmen so when you need help for the most part they are very knowledgeable.

Customers are not always right. I applaud the home depot associates at the service desk. Rita, Paulina, and Gary for always doing an amazing job. I credit them because I personally couldn’t deal with it myself

Horrible home Depot, customer service doesn't exist and every employee is constantly rude to me and my family. Did an online pickup order and they didn't even have it ready, I could have shopped the store myself quicker than this process. What's the point in order pickup then?

Was there looking for a toolbox for my son. Checked online and they said they have a limited stock on some of them. Figured I go in and ask if they can point me in the right direction for it. A lady at the self check out said there’s toolboxes at one end of the store and then the other, check both. First off, isn’t it good customer service to help find the product for the customer instead of making the customer get their steps in? Asked a few more employees, one wouldn’t help at all, another basically walked right passed me as I asked him for help and the last one didn’t even know where the hardware isle was. And yes, she was wearing a Home Depot vest too. Never ask for help there again
