Overnight parking (although I didn’t need it) always gets 5⭐️’s! But, they get the honorable 6th⭐️ for having the smoothest loading process there is! Well done and try and sell that well oiled machine practice to all companies that depend on hard working truck drivers to move their products!

Very fast and easy, professional. The 505 address is wrong for trucks. Address for pickup is 130 Tri Quad Drive Michigan City. Only thing is no mask no loading. Otherwise great. 30 min total

Awesome! Place to load did not have much of a weight. Forklift operator was awesome. Did not bump my trailer. Loaded me centered and perfect. Hopefully I'll pull out of there again in the near future

See photos, do not know specifically where my shingle location came from, but I know they are GAF's product, and I would give them no stars. My roof is not even a year old and they are showing wear/damage. GAF's claims department is saying it is my financial responsibility if the Contractor does not accept warranty. Nicole with GAF could care less, as I have requested a representative to see this; "they don't do that!" REALLY, and her manager did not call me yesterday; here is my review and my photos! Answer to your response:No one contacted me and again I had to contact GAF yesterday after appealing indirectly to your regional manager in this area twice; before I even saw this email, I called. I have to send the shingles in a box I had been waiting on for over 14 months; now although I was told by 4 different sources this procedure was a box was to be sent to me to use. I was contacted finally by Melissa in Claims. Although she was diplomatic, the interesting factor, I was assured in writing that a employee by the name of Brian was going to come to my house and get these shingles. This was written in a letter from your Warranty Director to me, in November of 2018. No, Sir; I never heard from Brian or the reason he was not coming to my home.

Fast unload on dry van, 2 hours before my appointment time.Don't come here too early though, they don't have a lot of room.Great people at check in, everyone was nice I wish more places were this way...Thanks GAF for making a trucker's life easier.

They loaded my truck quickly, efficiently and safely, and everyone was pleasant and polite. The only issue I had was the fact that they have all the paperwork at one facility, and they load many of the trucks at the other plant, about 7 miles drive by truck route.

This place is a disaster. Call to check in. Get hung up on. Call again. Get hung up on. Call again and ask am I checked in. Told hold on the manager is coming out. Manager comes out says you have to leave. This is the kind of place where being on time and being a human being is not enough. Miserable employees looking for opportunities to take their aggression out on the drivers that bring them product. They get their kicks on dehumanizing the people they do business with. I feel sadness and shame that a company like this is still in business. Shame on you GAF!!!!

Strictly by appointment,we got there 2 hours earlier and they didn't take us until our appt time.Once we got to the dock it took them 40 min to unload us.

Once there was a very nice man to unload, now there is some racist who when he sees a white driver screams at him and tries to tell him how to park and he is not a truck driver and he has no idea about parking with a truck, his superior is the same as he saw a white driver he was very unpleasant, they don't do their job but try to trouble the driver and they are very aggressive.

I was there 3 days and my girlfriend didnt know where to Park so she pulled through the gate. After I Got off work one security gaurd came up and just told us that we couldnt come through that at and we explained that we were sorry for the mistake. 2 days later I get a call from my staffing company. Telling me that my girlfriend yelled and was flipping off the gaurd. And I'm being terminated. *NONE OF THIS HAPPENED IF SOMEONE COULD VIEW FOOTAGE AT THE SECURITY BOOTH UP FRONT . that would really do some Justice.

Regularly come here from the other location on US-20, some days it’s fast and some days it’s slow, even slower if the shuttle guys pile in and cut in front of you.
