We talked to Nolan on a Monday, the supplies were delivered 2 days later (Wednesday) they were there the next day (Thursday) and started! They got the entire roof on the house and the garage 90% done in one day! We are very happy with the crew of 6 guys that came out, they worked the entire day and into the evening. They were very professional and accommodating. A couple guys came back on Friday to finish a couple things, and the cleanup was done and everything looks wonderful!

We have been dealing with a leaky roof and skylights since our home was built 17 years ago. The builder came out and fixed the roof. He also fixed the skylights, but it didn’t last. He then brought in a roofing company to fix the skylights, but it didn’t last. I was then told to take out the skylights, but I LIKE the skylights! Recently I did some work for Rich Leslie’s wife. I learned he owned a roofing company. Rich assured me that skylights shouldn’t leak, and even with a 17year-old roof, he was confident his employees could make what I had water tight. And by golly, they did! Four heavy rains in 7 days and not a drop of water on my sun porch floor! I had to reach out several times to get a response. We had a little glitch with email communication about an appointment, but when we connected, they were “on it” and had the job completed within a week at what I feel was a fair price. This was out first time using RL Roofing and we were very pleased! We made 3 attempts to hire someone to repair our roof, and either they don't show or they don't call back. RL called back and showed up for an estimate within 2 days and the work was completed within a week. I had my windows wrapped in 2019 and the job was not done right… I didn’t have confidence that things would be made right because I got taken pretty badly on a horrible bathroom remodel job but even though 3 &!1/2 years went by, Rich assured me that they stand behind their work, and would make it right. He sent his best guy, Terry Jamieson and his partner Jordan McComas out to completely redo the wrap job. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work they did, their professionalism, and how polite they were to me as the homeowner… they cared about doing a quality job and paid attention to detail, took their time, and did the job right! When they had a question about how something was done, they asked their coworker, Taylor Marshal who was also very knowledgeable and respectful to me. They wanted to make sure I was happy and kept good communication throughout the job. I highly recommend R and L and you can be rest assured they will stand behind their work and make it right! When the job was done, they did not charge me anything extra although they had to replace the windowsills and thresholds! I know extra materials were used! Our house in New Buffalo was long over due for updates and maintenance. We used RL for the following services:1. Skylight removal and installation2. Window removal and installation3. RL Roofing gave us a quote for a new roof to include extending one of our roof stacks. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but they were not the most expensive either. Their warranty was better than the others. They indicated they were about 4 weeks out. It actually took about 7 weeks for them to get to us. It was well worth the wait as Antonio and his team did a great job. They were hardworking, careful about anything near the house like the bushes, AC or glass basement windows that could be damaged by debris. They cleaned up the mess quickly as well as swept for nails. I would highly recommend RL Roofing for your roofing needs. As I understand it, they have several teams that do roofing. RL sided our house and we could not be happier. DiamondKote, color: Bordeaux. Every single day when I turn onto our street and see it I get a smile on my face. A month later we are still receiving compliments from neighbors and passersby. The team of workers consisted of one man and two women!! They did an excellent job, and tidied up nicely at the end of every work day. Their final cleanup also was spectacular. (Much better than that of the roofers we hired five or so years ago - not RL.).My one regret is that we did not have them do our garage. Our plan is to paint it. Hah! We could never get it to look as good as the house.

It is an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to post a review for RL Roofing Inc. Nolan Weeks, Project Mgr., who I had the pleasure of working with, coordinated multiple moving parts for a difficult and dangerous project with great professionalism and expertise. A large weathervane situated on top of a carriage house cupola needed to be stabilized. This was not a large job, but due to the height and location of it, this was not a job that most roofing companies would have taken on. RL Roofing and their expert staff, however, accepted the challenge and saved this beautiful weathervane which had been severely compromised. This weathervane is mounted on an historic structure with a high-visibility location and treacherous access. The roofing team handled every aspect of this difficult and dangerous job with the utmost professionalism and obvious expertise. I am deeply appreciative of their hard work and brave commitment. THANK YOU, R.L. ROOFINGMy wife and I were careful about choosing a roofing company to replace the shingles on our home and detached garage. We researched online, talked to friends and acquaintances, and eventually got quotes from several area companies. In the end, we picked R.L. Roofing, and we are glad we did.Francisco and his crew (nine men I think, but they move so fast it’s hard to be certain) arrived on time and got everything done in one long day. And that included the installation of ridge vents on the house. They did a nice job, and they left our grounds spotless. We assumed the necessary dumpster would damage our lawn a bit, but they exercised extreme care and, much to our relief, the lawn was spared from harm.We also appreciate that the R.L. crew was able to work seamlessly with our HVAC company’s crew (McGhee’s Heating & Air Conditioning), which was on-site that same day to install a kitchen stove vent that exited on the roof. Both crews did what they had to do, and nobody got in anybody’s way.But here’s what impressed us most of all. A couple of days after the job was done, we noticed a small problem that we had overlooked initially. When the roofers were removing the old shingles around the skylights over our attached screened-in porch, the slightly exposed metal (aluminum?) strips at the low end of the frame of the skylight got noticeably rumpled and were no longer “perfect.” The skylights are in prominent view from the backyard deck where we spend considerable time in good weather, and the wrinkled strips bothered me. So we called R.L. Roofing to see what, if anything, could be done about the situation. We had already paid our bill and therefore were a little nervous about whether or not we were going to get their full attention.Well, we’re happy to report that our concerns were taken seriously. Project Manager Fred Leslie came out to inspect the skylights, returning the following week (the day before Thanksgiving!) to fix both windows, a delicate job that involved removing and replacing some of the new shingles and installing new metal strips. It took almost five hours, and we expected there to be a charge for the extra work, but our offer to pay was refused.We almost had to force Fred to accept a 12-pack of Sam Adams Oktoberfest Beer, which we’re normally pretty stingy with, as it is a limited-edition beer, but he finally gave in before leaving.So…Cheers, Fred…Cheers, R.L. The job was professionally completed in one day, at a fair price by a hard working crew that "got it done". From quotation to the last nail I couldn't be more satisfied. One year later they were very responsive in returning to correct some irregular looking shingles at no additional cost.Greg Coda was in charge of a complete remodeling of the house after replacing the roof.
