We called Millwood out on a Sat with what we thought was a roof leaking problem. It wasn't a bad roof but still a labor intensive job. They were here within 2 weeks. Finished in 1 day. Very professional. Cleaned up their mess. Explained what they were doing every step of the way and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't more highly recommend this fine company

A crew from Millwood came and replaced our very outdated sliding glass doors with beautiful windows! They did excellent work and were very quick about it!Highly recommended!

I called Millwood Roofing and Construction to get a quote for some remodeling work. It took about a month or longer for the owner to call me back to set up an app't. Then the day before the app't, he called to cancel because he forgot that he double booked himself. So I had to wait another couple weeks for him to come out to give me a quote plus I had to take another vacation day from work. I showed him what I wanted done and he said that he would get back to me with a quote. I waited and waited and never heard back from him. So after waiting 5 months, I called him. I asked him how he was coming on the quote and he said that he did NOT do anything with my quote. He said that he ONLY does high end work. I was so upset, because he wasted a lot of my time plus he was not honest with me. He should have told me right from the beginning that he did not want to do my job. He then said that the job was too far away even though it was only 35 minutes away. He said that he could do the job on an hourly basis. He told me what the cost would be per hour. I asked him how many hours it would take. He said he would get back to me in a couple of days with that information. I didn't hear back from him, so I called the office, but no one returned my call. I checked their website and it said that they do any kind of remodeling jobs, big or small and they go to Michigan, which is a couple hours away. So the owner either lied to me or the website has false advertising on it.

Would not recommend they will tell you They have a good deal but will hold it against you it will never end, they talk about you behind your back at their dinner table facts. If you’re not family good luck working with them.
