The team did a fantastic job with finishing my bathroom after a leak. They did drywall, installed flooring and trim, reinstalled the toilet and painted all the walls, ceiling and the trim. Very efficient and they were done very quickly. I definitively will have them come back and do more flooring. Communication with me was excellent. Manny even suggested things I didn’t think of. He answered all my questions with great patience.

My wife and I are very happy with the work that QM Professional and Services did at our home, and we highly recommend them. They built a new retaining wall, replaced a previously unsafe staircase down our hill, replaced our dock floorboards, and rebuilt our deck. This was a big job. 398 feet of fence. They were knowledgeable, polite, hardworking, efficient, and friendly. Arrived ahead of schedule, and never an issue. I highly recommend QM Professional and Services for your project needs. Manny and his crew did a great job. After the house was bought we ran into mold issues. A mold remediation company tore into the walls and floor upstairs to resolve the mold issues. Manny and his crew repaired the walls and floor and touched up all the drywall throughout the house. QM Professional & Services were just that, Professional they did a very good job on drywall installation and paint job on my basement and garage ceilings and repainted my entire garage walls. They were on time, infact they were earlier than the appointment time. They completed the job in only two days and they cleaned up the work areas afterwards. I am very satisfied 😌 ☺️ with their work. I would definitely recommend this company 👌 to my family and friends ❤️

I hired this company to install a 30 ft wooden fence in my back yard. They did the work within a week. However, I was very disappointed about several things that forces me to give them a very bad review. First, they installed the gate backwards after me explaining I wanted the gate to open the same as the chainlink fence they were replacing. The door was also not properly set so I needed both hands in order to lift it with one hand and use my other hand so set the lock. Then after 2 days without being able to shut dowm my garage door, I realized they had messed up the wiring that goes from my house to my garage and shop while installing the new fence. When I called to complain, I was told they actually knew that this had happened as they allegedly saw the electricity shut down as I allowed them to plug in their tools into my garage, but never said anything to me! They did come to fix these issues, but not after being yelled at over the phone because I was complaining! After a week, I was also shocked to discover that they had dumped off all the dirt they dug out, pavers they removed while installing the fence, plus all of the pine tree trimmings they cut to install the fence in my back yard! They didn't even care to tell me they were going to do this; now, I have to clean all the mess they left. I was also not asked where to throw the waste, they just chose a place of their liking! When I called to complain AGAIN I was told it was not their problem and that I should not expect for them to clean my yard! I was also told twice by the person in charge of the work that he didn't like to work with latinos (like me) because we complain too much. I found this offensive and discrimnatory. In sum, I would not recommend this company.

We just had our privacy fence put in. After calling around and either being ghosted or yelled at it was great to find a company that did neither of those things. They were very responsive, professional, and did a great job. My 2 newfoundlands enjoy having a yard to run around in now!! Bonus the gates only up inward which means more security! Never write reviews but I felt compelled to after such an awful experience I was told Id have somone show up between 10-11am. At 1045 I called to see if someone would show up, and they clearly had forgotten but said they were sorry and could come later that day, at around 2pm. At 245 I called again and he then tried to lie and say I told him I would send pictures instead of a quote.(this was never even remotely implied). He asked If I still wanted him to come by and I said sure, but after 5 minutes called him back and said dont worry about it.I rarely expect much from people, but after having multiple hours wasted of my time and my families time, I couldnt just not say anything.****edit***** Just recieved a phone call after posting this, from a man who claimed to be Carlos and then said he was Robert. He was asking detailes about the review, but kept talking over me saying that I was punishing the whole company because of one employee. I told him that every employee represents his company and that I didnt want any discount and there was nothing they could do to make up for the first impression.Then he vaguely threatened me by saying “Well we know where you live in Monticello” and hung up. I called back and tried to make him clarify and he heavily backtracked and started talking about how he has lawers etc.Extremely poor and bordering on illegal behavior from a small town company.Edit 2*** They just replied to this saying they dont have anyone in their company named Robert, implying someone was impersonating their company. I assure the reader it was in fact QM calling me, and they called from the same number throughout the day. I am in the process of filing to have them reviewed by the BBB.

They removed an old fence and dealt with digging out old concrete and working around tree roots. I originally gave this company a 5 star rating, but unfortunately due to several factors intern last several months I’m changing my review to a one star and would be 0 stars if it were allowed.This company originally was hired by me to installed a fence for my dogs. Job was done quickly and professionally and I then hired them to regravel my driveway and install new carpet and flooring in my house.It wasn’t until I had them do the carpet install that I started to have issues. I had to have them come back twice for the carpet because they didn’t install sections correctly. Even now I have sections I am having issues with: Seams coming apart, seams not fading as promised, carpet not pulled tight enough or staying tucked in.But my biggest issue is after the carpet install I tried over a half dozen times to contact the company and Manny on a new project I wanted to get a quote for and I either received no communication back at all or very limited communication. Then when I did have an appointment scheduled, when the appointment came they didn’t bother to show up and gave me no communication at all as to why they didn’t know. I sent a text to Manny asking him if he was still coming and I received a voicemail that no sense and no further explanation or attempt to reschedule.Then most recently I asked him if he could come back out and look at our flooring they installed to find out why all of a sudden it’s literally coming apart due to the subfloor. To me it seems suspicious that the subfloor is suddenly bowing and caving in when I’ve had several professionals look underneath and can’t find a recent leak to be the cause and I wanted to know if his guys saw the issue when they installed the flooring and just failed to report it. Instead of agreeing to coming out and taking a look Manny immediately said there was nothing wrong with the installation and then flooring issue is due to probably spills on the floor or my dogs. I’m sorry but spills nor my dogs would cause the subfloor to be so soft that you can poke your finger through it. That is caused by something that sitting there a LOT longer than a spill.The communication and attitude I have received has been appalling and I cannot recommend company to anyone nor will I ever do business with them again.**In response to their response my review: My changing in the review is not so much over the installation of the flooring but in the horrid communication afterwards by Manny. And also, yes at the initial walk through I was satisfied (though I still had some minor issues with the carpet installation that I chose not to address) However, Since the installation, the carpet is coming up in SEVERAL locations and the seams that they said would fade over time have NOT faded AND I had another professional carpet installer company look at it and they confirmed what I was suspected: the carpet was NOT installed correctly. I do NOT recommend this company for installing carpet and highly recommend anyone needing carpet installed to go with an actual PROFESSIONAL carpet installer and not this general contractor company.Also, You have no CLUE if it's a manufacturing issue with my flooring because you REFUSED to come out and take a look at it like I requested SEVERAL times. You are making excuses for your unprofessionalism and I truly hope anyone reading my review will read all of it. Please stop making excuses and making it to the customer's fault.However all of that said, I changed my 5 star review to 1 because Manny refused to reply to my MULTIPLE calls and texts or gave me a poor excuse or response in return. He also failed to show up at a scheduled appointment and when I asked if he was still coming he barely responded and gave no explanation as to why he didn't come or why he didn't contact me to say he wasn't going to make it. That is the reason for the change in review and NOT solely due to the flooring issue.Service: Wood fence installation

These guys are awesome. Manny and his team are a great crew. Always on time. They go above and beyond. I asked them to hang 3 rooms and a stairwell of drywall. Did a great job. I asked them to raise the floor in the furnace room to match the kitchen for a smooth transition. I asked them to repair a hole in the roof. To redo leaking plumbing in the crawl space. To add a wall in the living room and to remove and install a new bathtub. Also to trim 4 trees. All was done very professionally and in a timely manor. We needed two trees cut down and removed plus some extensive landscaping done. We checked out the ratings on who could provide us the best service for the right price and we found Manny. Manny was easy to talk with and plan on how the crew was going to tackle the tasks at hand. Manny and his hardworking crew showed up on time and went to work right away. Tree Trimming and Removal Work (2 Times)Manny and his crew are some of the best workers I've ever hired. The communication was very good, they showed up when they said they would, worked very hard and didn't quit till the work was done.They had done some work for my neighbors and came highly recommended. They did an amazing job! Perfect! They got rid of all the weeds and extra shrubbery and plants that we didn't want. We recently bought a house that didn't have any outside maintenance for the past few years. It needed a lot of work. This company got it done in one day! They were respectful of us and the property. I was amazed and in love with how my house looked! They even recovered a foot path in our yard. Highly recommend. Manny came recommended by the realtor we were working with on a house we were buying. He dropped everything and came out the next morning to look at the job and had an estimate prepared like the next day. This greatly facilitated the deal proceeding. When he came back with his crew to complete the job after closing on the house they got right down to business and had the job done in less than a day. I contacted the Owner of QM on a Monday afternoon with a request for a quote for the removal of an old, tall, fir tree and the topping of several trees on the embankment of Shafer Lake. He promised to come by seven that evening. He arrived on time. After looking at the requested work, he gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work. He set a schedule for when he would bring a work force to perform the work. They arrived on time as promised. They did everything that was in the contract which he had written. Before leaving, they cleaned the work site. I would definitely recommend his company for any professional service.
