Ramirez Remodeling LLC out of Monon does such phenomenal work. They completely tore out our old decking and base and replaced with a beautiful composite decking. Oscar and his crew took my vision and brought it to life! I love the color of the decking, the full length stairs, the way it butts up nicely to our pool deck, and all of the details around the edges. They also took out our old railing and put up the white vinyl railing. It looks so sharp! They cleaned up so well after each time they were here working and were so polite and hardworking! I would 10/10 recommend them and will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Ramirez construction did a great job on my deck and we’re very easy to work with. They even took time fix a problem that was found while removing the old deck so the new one would be constructed properly. They were a Very polite, professional and hard working crew. Oscar took the time after the project to review any problems and explain any question I had. Very satisfied with the work and attention to detail. I would recommend them!!

Ramirez did my stairs and deck railing. Looks amazing!!! The craftsmanship is top notch. They also completed the job quicker then expected so I had access to the lake in just couple days.

Oscar and his crew were amazing! I knew I needed my deck replaced but was uncertain on design and such. I told him what was important to me to have in design, AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! I had a couple of boards that needed flip to a better side and pointed that out, the next day it was done. I am extremely pleased! Also as an added bonus, I asked if they could do my fence at last minute, and they were able to accommodate me. Great Company!!!!

There are not enough stars to express how pleased I am with our Sheetrock work on our living room ceiling , that Ramirez General Contractors just finished.They came in and were very polite, professional , knowledgeable and neat.They were fast and did excellent work. I am a retired paint contractor for over 30 years in Atlanta Georgia , they are the absolute best that I’ve ever seen.They also put a new roof on last year and did excellent work.I look forward to working on future projects with Oscar and his crew. I won’t use anyone else. So happy we found them !

I would definitely recommend Ramirez Remodeling. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a company with good tradesmen and with that being said I was somewhat leery about giving a newer company a shot.But, after talking to them face to face I decided to follow my gut and give them the job...I’m SO HAPPY I did. They built a beautiful deck for me.They came when they said they would and finished in the time frame they promised. Their work skills are superb!!!They were honest and friendly and reliable. Definitely DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY THEIR WORK IS OUTSTANDING!!!

The owner contacted me and is going to finish the work after seeing my review. I admire his commitment to his business that he would come over. The ceiling and floor work was very good. The company is going to send workers over tomorrow to complete work. There was some confusion on both of our parts on the scope of the work but when the rest of the work is done, I will be a satisfied customer and would use his company again.

Having dealt with several area contractors through 3 major remodels, I can easily say that Ramirez Remodeling has been the best to work with by a large margin. I have now done several projects with them and would not think of working with anyone else.First, they are fair and honest from the beginning. When they quote a job, there is full transparency about the scope of work, their costs and the breakdown of labor and materials. Their quote is always very reasonable. They take no mark-up on materials and will even provide a list of what is needed and allow the customer to buy it themselves.The work itself is first rate. They have extensive knowledge in all areas of residential construction. But what really sets them apart is the communication and attentiveness throughout the project. They built a large multi-layer deck for us with an unusual design. They showed up on the agreed date with a full crew and worked non-stop to finish in a remarkably short time, well ahead of schedule. But at several points they paused the work until they could show us something and get absolute clarification, to make sure it would be exactly what we wanted. They made several suggestions along the way that improved the final product as well. Midway through the construction I made a change to the design and they accommodated without issue. When they were done, several of the workers took videos of the finished work, and it was clear, as it had been during construction, that they take true pride in what they do. In my experience, these things are rarely found, even in “Premium” contractors who charge substantially more.I do not often write reviews and this one is unsolicited. But I can not overstate my recommendation of Ramirez Remodeling. My only hesitation is that I know they will inevitably be in high demand as their reputation grows and it will be harder for me to book them next time.

Completed the job and made sure everything looked professional and even came back to finish up even in inclimate weather.
