My wife and I hired Hale Design & Construction to remodel the master bathroom for our home. After twenty years the master bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade and the quality of work for the walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub was excellent. Jay Hale and his work crew were reliable and professional and completed the bathroom project in a timely manner despite dealing with delays for building supplies. We had a small issue with the walk-in shower that Jay responded to immediately and fixed promptly. We plan to hire Hale Design & Construction for future home projects and would highly recommend them to friends and family members.

I want to thank Jay for the excellent job they did on our new roof after the storm came through. I especially want to thank Jay for the work and time he put in working with our insurance company. Our. insurance company sent out a third party inspection team. That inspection team came up with a total repair cost of 464.00 prior to my deductible. Jay took the time to work up a replacement cost for the roof and forwarded to the insurance company. After working with the insurance company they agreed to send out another person to re-inspect the property. Jay took the time to meet the inspector to go over everything. After the 2nd inspection they agreed to cover 4093,90 after my deductible. What a difference. Once again I want to thank Jay for every thing he did for us.From our experience we would recommend the Hale team. They did an excellent job. Had a leaky roof and water coming down my wall. I called Hale Design & Construction and he was able to come out that very day. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately.
