I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Discount Roof. From the initial meeting with the estimator, to the crew that actually replaced my roof, things were done professionally and with speed. The crew from start to finish was done in a day and did an amazing job with clean up afterwards. I haven't found nail one laying around. Would definitely recommend!

Called several roofing companies needing a simple repair and they all tried to up-sell me for a whole new roof system or they acted like they didn’t have time for my small amount of revenue when I was only needing a repair before spring when I was planning on a new roof system. One large company tried to quote me $1500 for a pipe boot repair and seal. Everyone kept lying to me and trying to scam me because I’m a landlord.James responded to my call from discount roof quickly. He came out the next day right on time. He listened to me up front about all the previous scammers and didn’t interrupt me or try to talk down to me as though I was an uninformed layperson. He walked around the side to see the issue. He Trusted what I was saying and told me he would get a repair guy out to re-seal the boot and repair cracks. The repair guy was in and out and didn’t even wake up my tenant within a couple days.He just earned my business for all my properties and I hope all the other companies and handy man services in town see how much business and revenue they lost in the future. You know why?He didn’t charge me. He felt bad for how I was treated and respected my intelligence. I am telling everyone I know to go with this company including the landlords I know. It’s about respect. Common courtesy. Not greed. Nothing more. They got my business and much more hopefully from others I know in the future. Excellent work! Crew showed up and immediately got to work. Finished the whole roof in less than a day. If I ever need my roof done I'll definitely be getting ahold of discount roof! Great job guys!
