We have a few different issues at the house that we had Eden Home Services come out to fix. They were able to address them quickly and efficiently. The office scheduling was very quick and once on schedule the tech came to the home and fixed the issue right away. Would not hesitate to request services again or refer to family and friends.

I feel generous leaving even ONE star for this company. To keep this review succint I will only say that my rental company uses this extremely poorly run company to perform maintenance jobs in my home. Many of the previous reviews state exactly the same issues I've had with them: not fixing the issue they were tasked with doing, not keeping their scheduled appointments (to great inconvenience to those of us who take PTO to give them access), showing up to my home when they are not scheduled to, etc. It's unbelievable that this company is allowed to do business in this state. Hopefully enough people complain them that they lose their large rental company contracts, and eventually their licenses. Shame on you Eden Home Services.

Eden Home Services is a horrible company! They are two hours from our house in Indiana and they take the jobs they CANNOT even perform! They contract out jobs with companies and then they DO NOT SHOW up! They schedule you by text and e-mail that you CANNOT reply to! Their employees show up without scheduled appointments! Their employees shared with me when they show up to many scheduled jobs they do not even have the necessary items do the work including the parts. Then they have to run to Lowes and purchase what they need! They shared with me also the first employee who shows up they do NOT trust their measurements or job scope! Thus they schedule a person who comes first, then another shows up without an appointment because they do not trust the first, then you make a appointment and they do not show up, and finally they try reschedule without why the missed the last one! I received a text at 10:39 am for a four hour window appointment from 8am until 12pm that their tech assigned will not be able to do the job that they confirmed weeks in advance, again the day before, and the morning of the appointment. Then they try to schedule you out a week later! I asked to speak to the owner of Ede Home Services and they cancelled our job! Horrible Customer Service and would Not recommend!

My housing company uses them as a contractors for certain jobs. I put in a work order for exterior work at the beginning of June….. I received an email from my housing company to contact them if they didn’t contact me. When I contacted them they schedule me a week out … well while I was on the phone I had a man walking up to my house. He stated he was with the company and he just received the work order. He stated he didn’t have the required equipment to take care of the job needed. He left and came back with a chain saw only to pull off soon as I pulled out my driveway. Which I actually have proof on camera. This was about two weeks ago … I received a email and text last Tuesday and last night stating that they would be out today Monday June 27 between 8-12 and 12-5. The email also stated someone needed to be home, so I scheduled off from work. So when they didn’t show up, I reach out and got a rude female who answered and stated the appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. She didn’t know or have no response one the email that came from there business. She blamed it all on my housing company. I would not use them unless you have a company who is in contract with them. They are very unprofessional.

Scheduled an appointment to repair a broken window on our outside door. It was determined the time and cost to repair the window in it was too great, and completely replaced the frame and door with a sliding door. In the process left the entire windows worth of glass in our yard. Scheduled and appointment to have them remove the excess glass, pushed back the date twice, and after finally completing the work order there was still an unacceptable amount of glass outside. Call customer service, customer service says it wasn’t deemed worth the time and effort to complete the request in its entirety. They say to just throw dirt on it and have a good day. Thanks, Eden, I’ll be sure to throw some dirt on it.
