The experience with this company was just terrible. In fact, it was the worst project I ever had with any contractor ever and I don’t want others to encounter this.The project started in April and was planned to be finished no later then early June. It started out ok with multiple workers but the first painting job was not done well and I pushed for corrections. They initially tried but quickly began to start other parts without satisfactorily finishing incomplete work. To make matters worse, they often did not show up and did not communicate scheduling changes. I tried to be patient as they seemed to have staffing issues but promises were consistently broken. To make matters worse, they used some of my tools and damaged them but persistently asked for payment draws. My HVAC contractor expressed concern about the problems with the framing, insulation, and drywall. It was just bad work and I don’t think they knew what they were doing despite what the references I checked said.I had to hire a different contractor to complete the job, including removal of all drywall and most of the framing as well as repainting every room but one. They also didn’t respond to my requests for my original paint which they took when removing their tools, which created even more headaches. I am a patient person but this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were not the cheapest bid but they did promise quality work on time and neither was provided. I will be much more careful in the future but it was a very expensive lesson. I hope they change their approach going forward as I don’t think they are bad people but certainly not skilled tradespeople.Services: Home renovations, Bathroom remodeling, Painting, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation

I really appreciate the team who completed work at our home. They were the first contractors to provide an estimate quickly. As a part of the estimate process they talked with us about the things that they see that would likely need repair and showed us as well. They squeezed our project into what I'm sure is a busy time. The project itself seemed to grow as any project in an old house does...so what was initially a bathtub installation became some pretty hefty and needed repairs with plumbing etc. Despite the extra repairs needed, Antowyn, Jimi, and George we're beyond kind and continued to communicate and show us what was going on. All the while having a sense of humor about it all (I'm sure was frustrating but they didn't show it). The finished job looks great and we'll definitely be reaching out for future work!Services: Tile work replacement, Repair water fixtures, Drywall repair
