This small, unassuming building on Jackson is SO much more than it appears. When it comes to construction material I can't imagine a single more underrated store in the sector. They have WAREHOUSES full of material often at better pricing than places like Lowes or Menards. I can go in before 8am, put in an order, go t other warehouse around the corner and grab my stuff whenever I need. I can order custom windows, pick them up or have them delivered. The last time I bought a window for a client his reaction was "HOLY SH*T that was so much cheaper than I got quoted by the other guys" and he was right. It was almost 1/3 the price and it was the best quality window available. I wish I had more numbers for examples but let's just say I spent a significant amount of money here last year replacing every single window in my office, custom sizes on each one and I was out the door for just over $5k. The staff knows what they are talking about, they have connected me to contractors, they stopped by my building to see the product after it was installed and we have a lasting relationship. Local people doing local business. I love it.

Thank you for the great service in past couple of years. We feel you treat the small customer as "good" as the "big guys"...Wish you had longer Saturdays in spring and summer or a helpline...we have a few houses near Ball State and decided to re-side. Looking for a sedona red vinyl rusty red. (. Tom got a quick estimate over the phone...It beat the local "Big Box" stores. Monday we can work out the details.
