I’ve had horrible luck with contractors since I moved to Indiana. I had my sewer line collapse under my home and found Property Pros online. I initially went with Property Pros because they were the only business to actually answer their phone. From day one they were thorough, polite, accommodating for me because I had 2 dogs I couldn’t move anywhere while work was being done on my home. They showed up the same time every single day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The contractors were respectful and well versed in the job that needed to get done. I got a phone call each night from Justin to ensure everything so far, to the day was to my standard/liking. My home looks amazing. Repairs were done in an efficient and timely manner. I just wish I discovered them before my run-ins with former contractors. 10 out of 10 recommended. Thank you Luke, Peyton, Justin, Chris and Mr. Bowling.

Property Pros did an absolutely wonderful job in our bathroom remodel. Very accommodating on my requests and when I purchased a light I just had to have - but it didn’t work with the space, they found a solution to build it out for very little time and cost and it looks so good! They were nice and conscientious in my home. And the quality of work is just exceptional. I will use them again. It’s so nice to find reliable and skilled contractors!

Brian provided fantastic help repairing our top load washing machine. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, showed me which parts needed to be ordered and how much they were (which made me feel like I wouldn’t be overcharged), and was able to come back to finish the repair quickly. He was responsive with scheduling and very friendly. It has been difficult to find appliance repair services with good reviews in Muncie, so I was happy with my overall experience with Property Pros.

As a single woman I have had a lot of trouble with contractors from never finishing a job to just skipping town with my money. When I decided to remodel my kitchen Property Pros was recommended to me. I told them of my experiences in the past and was promised a different outcome. My experience with Property Pros was absolutely amazing. Most importantly I got my dream kitchen in less time than they had predicted. The craftsmanship is just amazing. I could not be happier with the project. My new kitchen is so beautiful and they delivered on every promise they made me. I was in constant contact with my project leader, Von, who was so easy and delightful to work with. I would 100& choose Property Pros for another project.

Property Pros is GREAT to work with! The service is very personalized, and everyone with whom we dealt was friendly and helpful. The installation of our large walk-in shower was above and beyond expectations. Because we live in an old farmhouse, some plumbing surprises appeared, which did not daunt the installer. He left everything orderly at the end of each day, using a shop vac to clean up sawdust, etc. The day the job was completed, everything was wiped down, ready to use.
