Poor quality--roof leaking after 3 1/2 months. Poor Value--roof leaking after 3 1/2 months. Not professional.-- Late for appointments and not showing up for appointments. Non responsive to phone calls regarding leaking roof. In May they subcontracted roof, then another subcontract for gutters. Adrian was always late for appointments or never showed up. In September, leak in front hallway. No answers to my phone calls. So much for the guarantees for roofing--not worth paper on which written.

As stated by by Taylor..Honesty above all else.Integrity in all professional and personal endeavors.Communication timely and efficient.... I give D- in all of these. They do not follow up with expectations they promise. We are going to need to remove the Vinyl siding and reinstall. Several, 10 pieces falling off. Many more very loose. They stopped the job for 5 months half way done, But tried to get payment in Full. Did not complete this substandard job until they were informed - No Completion, No More money. Will never do business at Taylor construction again. I am filling complaint at BBB.

I have absolutely no problems with any step of the process. The communication was timely, the individual that inspected the roof, the sales person, crew boss and the owner were all easy to deal with and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My property was left as clean as it was before they started. It has been a couple of weeks now since it has been done. If something negative pops up that I missed I will update my review.

They were working on a neighbor's roof & noticed we had roof damage, so they sent someone over to ask if they could do an inspection. We said yes & they scheduled a time for inspection, then never showed up. Once again (months later) they came to our door asking if we would like an estimate. After telling the gal that no one showed up last time she asked if we could give them a second chance, so I agreed & once again, no one showed up. I will not be giving them a 3rd chance, sorry your loss!

If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst experience we have ever had. Tornado damage in November. June 22nd still waiting on work to be done. Our neighbors hit by same tornado having just as bad of an experience with this company. Shoddy roofing had to be fixed. Contacting attorney to get out of contract. Buyer beware!!

We hired them to do a whole house remodel, after a fire, they took us for $80,000, we never got our house finished.... beware they can be smooth salesman, but don’t do the job! By the way they are being sued by a ton of people, didn’t get our money😭

Contracted in July 2018 have not completed job after numerous call keep getting promies to get it done. Stay away from Taylor Construction liers and not dependable.
