From the first call all the way through the install, True Crew was amazing to work with. Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.On the day of the installation of our new door, the installation team was very methodical and meticulous with their approach and made sure not to rush anything, but work to ensure the proper fit, installation, and product delivery. They also went above and beyond in not only helping to take down our shades above the door beforehand, but they re-installed them afterward and cleaned everything up both inside and outside (like they were never even here). I can't thank Zac and his team enough for the incredible service and product. Who knew you could be so excited about a new door?!!Such an incredible company, and everyone went above and beyond for us!

One of the most professional contractors we have ever dealt with. Zac showed up on time for the estimate, and suggested an option that not only had we not thought about, but also saved us money. In their showroom he demonstrated the effectiveness of different window models. Our schedule was a little challenging but he worked patiently to find a date that would work for installation. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time, worked hard to finish the project in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. They have our highest recommendation.

My old windows had broken seals and were very drafty. I put off replacing them because I feared the hassle of the process and the cost. True Crew made the process very easy and the cost was pretty close to what a national chain quoted me. I now have higher quality windows than before and they look and work great. The installers were top notch and took their time to do everything correctly. I didn't even have to touch up any paint from the demolition of the old windows and installation of the new ones. I know if there are ever any issues that the local company and their local installers will make it right.

We recently completed an accessory building on our property that we use as an office / guest house. Because we live on a lake we wanted to maximize views and light into the space. We, along with our architect worked with Karisa Wright at True Crew and she came up with several options that accentuated the design of the space, maximized the views, brought in the natural light all while minimizing the solar gain / heat that occurs on the south facing side of the building. I can’t say enough about the windows. The lake views from inside are amazing. Everyone who sees the space comments on how beautiful the windows are. We used True Crew for a few windows and a sliding glass patio door. They were prompt, listened to us and didn't demand that they give us a lengthy presentation (other companies did). They got us a quote, explained everything, and were true to their word. Installation was efficient, smooth and very well done. The windows and door look great from the inside and outside. They were less expensive than some of the other companies but more than a single person, right in the middle. I would highly recommend using them. I was needing to replace a single window. I called a couple of companies who would not provide a quote for one window. One company said they would provide a quote but did not show up. True Crew supplied the installation team for the replacement windows that I purchased from another company. The True Crew team supplied a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable team that went the extra mile for my replacement. When a piece of trim was damaged beyond repair, and a replacement could not be found, they were able to have a new piece made. When, as often happens, another small problem was found when the window was removed, they suggested a simple procedure to fix the problem at a reasonable price. Communication was easy. TRUECREW does not do glass replacement, which was what I was needing. Rather, they specialize in window and doorway replacement. However, Zac was VERY kind and professional when answering my questions. In fact, he referred me to another gentleman who did glass replacement and who was in business for himself. This man I DID hire, and I wouldn’t have found him without Zac’s help! Too bad that Zac didn’t provide the exact service that I needed, because I would certainly have welcomed a bid from him just by his phone etiquette and professional demeanor! If and/or when I DO need TRUECREW’s services, I will certainly keep him in mind!

They were the first to respond to my request for an estimate and were on it out the gate. They did have a long lead time of several weeks but the windows came and were installed before the time they estimated. Other companies wanted me to.wait 6 months and pay 5 thousand per window. True Crew was thousands of dollars cheaper and gave me the more expensive window for the original price quoted and didn't make me pay for any miscommunication they ate the cost. The technician was professional and too his job serious. I wasn't home when they came to do the work, however I gave them access to the house and they did a great job. We were looking into options to swap our sliding doors with the window and the window where the doors are to be able to block off the pool. We needed this done for foster care. We were not able to do the switch because it would not be structurally sound. Karisa went above and beyond by pulling up pictures of our house and even checked with DCS specifications. She sent pictures and a quote and even called us back to explain the dangers of cutting out the brick of the home for the doors. True Crew is not all about the money.
