Had a vinyl sided house where the siding colors were faded in areas and looking sad and depressing. Armondo, Jose, and Thomas all came in and in two days I had a whole new fresh-looking house! CertaPro Painters have done several projects in our home and they always do an outstanding job! We had them come back out most recently to re-stain our deck. It was pretty worn and needed refreshing. We recently hired CertaPro to paint our entire downstairs and garage. We had researched a few different companies and even though there were a couple who quoted a little lower, you definitely get what you pay for!Vicki is absolutely wonderful to work with and the process was so easy, even through quarantine! Once we made the decision to move forward, the team showed up right on time and were so professional. Vicky and her crew were exceptionally pleasant, did a great job enhancing my kitchen. They painted my cabinets which were old, but being solidly built just needed to be freshened up. I live in a log cabin and the kitchen felt dull and darkish. They painted the ceiling between the rafters. The job completed, it’s amazing how much brighter it is! We hired Certa-Pro to paint my parent’s 50+ year old house & a stain the deck added last year. Thanks to the help of the color consultant at Sherwin-Williams and Mr. Sapata we ended up with a beautiful result and quite striking curb appeal. We used a combination of colors that complimented the special features of the home and matched well with the brick/roof colors. I was impressed with Mr. Sapata’s attention to detail and inspiration for our parent’s home re-newal project. His employees worked hard and stayed on task. I appreciated his dedication to pleasing all of us, and respectfully answering all our questions along the way. We are pleased with the quality and final results. CertaPro painted a lobby, conference room, hallway, two bathrooms, and three offices at my work (Betteau Law Office). The entire experience was smooth sailing. I requested an appointment online and heard from Hunter Story within a couple of hours at most. He was available to get the measurements and provide an estimate shortly thereafter. They started the job within two business days and the team was amazing. They had incredible work ethic, kept their work areas tidy and out of the way, and were enjoyable to have around. We even had a bit of a bad weather spell and they still showed up with 6" of snow on the ground. Because of the weather, the power went out and they still stuck around and painted as long as they could. I thought this was an incredible display of professionalism and dedication to their customers. All of the work looks great! They ended up having to do quite a bit of drywall repairs and trim touch-up they had not expected (due to no fault of their own), but they were able to do it quickly and very well. I am sure we won't need any paint work done anytime soon, but I would come back to this business time and time again.

CertaPro Painters did an amazing job! Sales Representative Hunter Story helped measure everything out and develop a quote of the whole project. After changing my mind 3 different times on how I’d like the house painted, Hunter was more than willing to work along with me and get it right (including revising the proposal for the whole project all 3 times). Robert Parsons did an amazing job painting. He went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with his work and cleaned everything up once he was done. Plus, it helps he’s a perfectionist! He is extremely personable, friendly, and highly respectful! He painted during the cold, winter and unfortunately got stuck in the snow/Ice on his way to my house one of the days. He was in constant contact with me letting me know what happened, when he estimated he will arrive, etc. He finished most of my house in 3 days (something that would have taken me a week). The end result was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend a better sales rep and painter. Highly recommend CertaPro Painters!

I am so grateful I found CertaPro in Southern Indiana. Having lived in this area only a few years, I have not had much in the way of references for contractors and I have had a string of very bad experiences with contractors and workmanship. I had a large deck built last year and it was not stained to my expectations. I reached out to my neighborhood association for recommendations recently, but I knew I needed more than a very good painter, I needed someone with knowledge and expertise.I discovered CertaPro online, a highly reputable company I had experience with in another state. Within days of completing the online request for an estimate, the company called me and scheduled an appointment. Mr. Lee Sapata showed up prompty at the time of the appointment. I was leary at first as he described what was needed for the very best outcome. He patiently explained the differences in deck stain products (what was on the deck and what would be required to get the long term outcome I wanted). It became clear to me he was not interested in temporarily covering up the problems, instead his goal (like mine) was the best quality outcome with the appropriate products. He gave me the confidence in his expertise and without hesitation, I went with CertaPro. Lee explained the process step-by-step and what he explained is exactly what happened. He showed up with Jeff, who spray washed the deck and even a shed door that badly needed it. The next day Jeff and his crew showed up and I immediately knew he was a professional and meticulous painter who was also friendly and very customer-oriented. Any time I stepped outside to check on things, he stopped what he was doing and answered any questions I had. He did an absolutely beautiful staining job (both the gray and the white) and, unlike other painters, he left me nothing to fix or clean up. He protected everything from paint drips. His lines between the 2 colors were perfect. I am absolutely thrilled with the professional staining job on my deck (done in one day!) and so grateful to CertaPro, to Lee and to Jeff. They showed up when they said they would. They estimated and completed the job in days rather than weeks or months. I will never turn a painting or staining job over to anyone else because I will never get the same results. I highly recommend CertaPro to anyone who wants professional expertise and professional workmanship with the best products.

I posted on a local Facebook group asking if anyone knew of a good painter. In no time at all I was receiving private messages from guys with prison tats saying "I can paint your walls." Not only were they not insured, they probably weren't paying their child support. NO WAY am I letting someone like that into my home. I'm not up for the background check or the runaround.I did a search online and found CertaPro's reviews. Within no time Hunter was at my house, measuring, and gave me a quote on the spot. I did have a few quotes, CertaPro was a tad more, but I went with the skillset and turnaround time. Other painters said 4 days, Alex's team arrived at 8am and was done by 1:45pm, *and* they stopped for lunch. So fast that it was ridiculous. Feels like a brand-new home. Incredible work, clean, fast, totally worth every penny. An easy hire, will totally use them again.
