Dealing with insurance can be a pain, but these guys made sure the insurance couldn’t deny the damages. Three times they showed up with the adjusters to make sure they could answer all questions insurance could have come up with. This whole company has far exceeded my expectations and made this whole situation so easy. The crew showed up on time and took great care into not just installing the new roof, but the clean up afterwards as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend F&F.

This was my first time replacing a roof, and Kance patiently walked me through every step of the process. The crew did a very thorough job of combing through the yard for debris when they finished installing the roof, so I felt really comfortable letting my dog back into the yard. I don't think I've ever been so impressed by a contractor. These guys are awesome.I had gotten a quote for a roof replacement from them, but decided to try to get a repair done by another company instead. It was a great quote, I was just hoping to push off the replacement, if possible. Turns out, the roof was worse than just a repair, so I gave K & K Roofing a call back. The company that did the repairs did give me a roofing estimate...which came in almost double what K & K had estimated.K & K re-sent the quote with a financing link. That link was perfect, simple to use and gave multiple financing option from different companies, terms and rates. Within about thirty to forty-five minutes, we were approved and would have the money in our bank account within two business days with no additional fees.Furthermore, Dillion saw we were in a bit of a bind after the "repair" and had a crew out there at 6 A.M. the day the financing hit. They had to remove two layers of architectural roofing and replace about 14 boards of decking. We have a two story home with roofing on a first story and second story. By 5:00 pictures were taken to ensure everything looked great and was up to code. I did a walk around to see what kind of debris was left to clean up. There was hardly anything...this site...my home...was treated with a great deal of respect.I hope these guys are around a long time, so I can use them on my next roofing project. I'll definitely reach out if I have a construction need that they might be able to help. Excellent experience! Dillion worked with our insurance company over four months to get our entire roof replaced after a hail storm. He was very attentive to the claim and handled calls with the insurance company until they had all of the information they needed to approve the roof replacement. We will call Dillion for all of our roofing and construction jobs in the future. You won’t find any better service!

The business said they could install a roofed pergola within a two month time frame of our initial evaluation. This was a project we were excited about, but had no specific time frame for it so we were excited for their quote. Eight months went by and then started to ignore my phone calls/texts etc. I officially just stopped trying and have never heard from them. They are unprofessional and completely unorganized. I would not recommend them

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I called them for an estimate, they worked me in within a couple days, got my estimate ready & got my roof scheduled within a week! Then they showed up on time, stripped the roof & replaced it, cleaned up the mess and even used a magnet roller & leaf blower to get everything picked up. Dillion from F&F Roofing & Construction inspected our roof and confirmed we had hail damage. He made the whole process of getting our roof replaced while going through insurance super easy. I had to initiate the claim, but after that, Dillion pretty much handled the rest. He sent the initial photos to the insurance, met with the adjustor, and submitted final photos to the insurance. He kept me up-to-date as new information became available. Dillion was accessible and was always fast to respond to any questions or needs I had. He was totally involved from start to finish. My roof was replaced approximately 2.5wks ago. My on-site manager was Dillon and he was very nice, courtesy and very thorough. He answered all 101 of my questions & then some. He made sure I understand what was going on, stayed with his roofers while they installed my roof & did a walk through with me afterwards.The only thing I have a negative comment about is some of the roofers smoked. To each their own but not on someone else's property.I also had some follow up questions about something I saw on my roof & Dillion made sure to come out with some roofers and evaluate what I saw. It was just my lack of knowledge on roofing and everything was fine but it's nice to know even weeks later a company doesn't dismiss you.
