MCF replaced our roof. There was a small leak where the roof meets a vertical brick wall. They came out and caulked the seam, which I was happy with, but then we continued to experience a small leak during heavy rains.As we expected, MCF came back a second time and addressed the issue by totally rebuilding the joint.The world isn’t perfect. Sometimes good work still doesn’t turn out like you hoped against the elements. I didn’t get bent about it and neither did they. They just came back until it was fixed. I’ll take care of the inside myself. A little joint compound, a little paint and my interior wall will be fine. It needed a fresh coat anyway.Good company. Good workmen. Knowledgeable. Ethical. Everything you need from a contractor.

We experienced a wiring fire at our home. I've never worked with MCF before and didn't know what to expect. They were professional in every aspect of the job. Each person performed their service in an excellent manner. The work done to the outside of the house, new siding, a new window, replacement of the faulty wiring, the new a/c, all the work done indoors, repairs to the holes in the walls caused by firemen, painting walls and ceilings, and replacing the floor damaged by water from the firemen. Keith Scales stayed in touch with me the entire time. Literally couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Would recommend MCF to anyone.

June 1st experienced wiring fire and hired them to install a new central air, remove and replace bad wiring, check rest of wiring and do all repairs to media room caused by firemen both outside and inside. To those curious, fire started with central air wiring located just under exterior wall of house. They worked flawlessly with my homeowner's insurance and were professional in every way possible. Keith Scales stayed in communication with me the entire time. Impeccable workmanship. They cleaned up after each part of the job.

Mike Freeman, owner of MCF Company, is exceptionally knowledgeable with regards to construction, remodeling, and specifically mine subsidence issues. Mike freeman is a real nice, cooperative and sincere guy to work with , work is good too but they are preferred contractors for state farm insurance, who would not like to lose any money to their customers and get manipulative and hence they are very much influenced by their bigger and constant customers as they are the feeders of his business and when their bread and butter's is at stake, they shy away from their honest opinion.Just a word of caution and then they refused to work !! Good to check who they are affiliated with before hand in general.

Our basement had developed a deep crack over several years and we feared a pocket of water or rock had pushed up from below causing it. We hired MCF to break up the existing concrete, remove whatever had caused the crack and then repour new concrete. Because we are in S. In. coal mine land, and close to a stripper pit, we requested rebar be put in to prevent new cracks from forming. The rebar did not get installed and now we have new cracks.Service: Foundations
