We had a new roof installed with Capstone in December of 2019. Shortly after the installation, we noticed a leak on our master bedroom ceiling and called them to have them check it out. The guy that came out didn't look up in our attic and just went on top of the roof and stated that he put some caulk around the vent. It didn't fix the leak and we called them again a few months later. He came back out and said he would replace a vent on the roofline. Didn't fix the leak. A few months later, we called them again and he still didn't get up into the attic, he just took a look through the opening from the ladder. Then he went back up on the roof and came back down saying that the roof vent pipe was rusty and wobbling really bad and that this was the issue of the leak. He said we needed to get the roof vent pipe replaced. He recommended someone to us that could do the job and told us he'd have him call us but we never got a call. We since contacted a heating and cooling company and they came out and informed us (after crawling into the attic, which Capstone never did) that the pipe in the attic got disconnected from the roof vent pipe and that gas and condensation were leaking into our roof that whole time and therefore causing the stain on our ceiling. The heating company also took photos of the b vent on top of the roof and said that it is not wobbly or even rusty and that it doesn't need to be replaced at all, so what we were told by Capstone was not accurate. The b vent just needs to be reconnected to the other pipe in the attic, which still costs us a few hundred dollars to take care of. Long story short, don't trust Capstone to do a good job on your roof or to be honest when it comes to solving an issue. I would not recommend using them to get your roof installed. They didn't want to fix the problem.Service: Roof installation

Had the exterior of our home painted, a stair rail painted , and our kitchen cabinets painted.Not sure why the exterior job did not start with a power washing (maybe because of cooler temps in March).We have had two other homes painted and both times started with a power washing.The guys took a bit longer because of weather issues and because of communication issues between the painters, but overall did a decent job. The stair rail came out beautiful.The kitchen cabinets came out nice, but after 30 days, they started to chip.The price of the job was the best out of 3 different companies. I would not rehire for kitchen cabinets again.Painters were nice guys.

What a great experience! The work was performed exceptionally well and I was really impressed with the clean up of the job site. My new roof looks fantastic!
