At about 5pm on Tuesday January 23 one of your employees nearly rammed into the back of our vehicle. Tried to pass us on the interstate where the lane ends and turns into the shoulder. He proceed to tailgate us, and rolled down his window to say something has he peeled off at the light on the exit ramp. If you're gonna drive and act like a maniac, it was a Caucasian male, 50-60, with a bearded goatee, be sure not to have your company displayed all over the vehicle. I will never recommend this company solely based on the actions od this employee.

Ridgeline is a local Central Indiana company, not one of those "storm-chaser" outfits we see come and go. They did some repairs since my insurance company wouldn't cover a new roof. Tim came out to the house and was very helpful and professional. I scheduled a Project with Andy Romens a year ago this month that was to have been started this past May. Since April I have been texting on a monthly basis and I either get no response or I get a response that I will hear something back within a few days. Now it’s September and I haven’t heard from him since July 12. I have an outdoor project so best case scenario now is it being started next spring, Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
